I applied for a customer success role at this company. Gone through the hiring procedures and passed all the required skill tests and interviews.
Got the offer and accepted it. After "2 months" of waiting, because they said that the position that I have applied for is on hold, without any updates whatsoever.
It's me who contacted them to get an update. This was back in November of 2024. I am posting it here for awareness.
The owner, as well, seems to be narcissistic, especially in the past videos that they uploaded. go see it for yourself.

Terrible service
I hired this agency expecting comprehensive management, but my experience was disappointing. They made errors in my product listings, misapplied coupons and discounts, and PPC management was minimal and basic. Instead of improving performance, they increased my advertising costs (ACOS) while my sales declined. The limited, basic work didn’t match the fees, and overall, they negatively impacted my brand. This was my experience, so I’d advise caution before trusting them with your Amazon business.

Your account has shown positive trends (improved TACoS and overall sales growth), and all pricing, strategy changes, and discounts were discussed and approved in meetings; however, frequent reversals before strategies had time to perform made consistent progress difficult.

Lost my Amazon account $200,000 in sales
Run from using this company. They are all talk. We managed our Amazon account internally, but decided to us My Amazon Guy's in March 2025. By March 2026 they lost us $200,000 in sales compared to the same time period the previous year. They use marketing teams that our located outside of the US that don't have command of the English language. This caused the messaging on our images to be incoherent because of improper grammar. They also used keywords that had nothing to do with our products, which greatly increased our ad spend and our ACOS. Their answer was to assign me a new team, which they did three times during the year we used them. Each team did worse than the previous team and our sales kept going down while our ad spend kept going up. Their answer, when I told them I was leaving, was to give me a fourth team. They use a one-size-fits-all system for all their customers and they collect their monthly fee all while using very cheap labor in the Philippines. They say all the right things during the sales call, but when it comes to the actual work on your account it is all superficial. They even used a competitors marketing pictures as one of our products images. Save yourself a ton of money and don't use this company.

Issue resolved in a timely fashion
Initial order on boarding had some communication issues, and I was a bit surprised upon order acknowledgment to find that I had to pay an additional 400.00 an hour if I wanted to speak with the person whom I hired. I asked for a quick phone call through customer service but never really received an answer. I also felt like I had no control over what the final total bill would be, it was a bit confusing. The total customer service experience I felt could have been better, however once I got past customer service the person I worked with was top notch and resolved the issue. He would get 5 stars.

We can absolutely see how that expectation gap would feel frustrating.
