We are very happy with this bed, coming on a month from purchase now, for multiple reasons. Sturdiness of the additional supports below is one big reason. At this price, hassle free purchase, and good work by the installation person.

The bed is sturdy. It can easily take weight upto 300kgs. The sober finish makes it feel classy and the simple shape add to that feeling. Overall, super happy.

They still continue to give me dates of when there coming to bring the new slats and new otamen box that came damaged .i have stayed in countless times thinking they will come but they continue to not come and then just ignore all my calls and texts .

i ordered a New Bed And Its quality is premium and now i can enjoy more with my Wife HAHAHA.....

Let me start by saying I’ve never in my life left a negative review but after a horrific experience I felt I had to.
initial communication was brilliant and “Emma” on what’s app was super helpful and that’s where the positive ends really.
I paid extra for express delivery 7-10 days. On day I contacted to ask
For a delivery date and was advised someone would be in touch-no one was but 2 days later the bed arrived( when I was out-but luckily happened to come home as delivery was about to drive away).
Bed was carried upstairs and 2 walls were damaged (I didn’t complain as bed looked heavy and luckily the decorator was due in a few days for snagging). The bed was built at an additonal cost of £50 which I had agreed to but courier didn’t know they were to build-only deliver. But they did and left.
About 15mins later I thought the bed looked smaller than I expected. I ordered super king size. So I measured against our guest bed which is a kingsize and it matched. I contacted “Emma” and she asked for photos which I sent and agreed it was incorrect and bed would be collected and replaced within the week.
Within a few days the material on headboard was sagging-I didn’t care as it wasn’t my bed.
After 2 weeks, multiple ignored messages and calls I was advised bed swap would take place on the Saturday. I waited in all day and no one came. No one answered my messages or calls despite continually being active. After a further 3 weeks and multiple ignored messages, my partner messaged as a new customer and got a response immediately. After a few messages we were again advised the following Saturday. Again I waited in all day and no one arrived.
Another week of ignored messages passed and I sent a threat of trading standards and suddenly got a text that my bed swap would take place in another weeks time. It finally did! Luckily! However yet again the “courier” wasn’t aware it was a swap, tried to charge me £30 to dismantle the incorrect bed and £50 to build correct one. I refused and said to just deliver new bed and leave it at that. Of course realising they weren’t going to get original bed without doing it they reluctantly agreed to do the swap free of charge.
We are happy with the bed and the quality is lovely. However the full experience has been horrific. I have also enquired multiple times for a refund on express delivery since we were all in about 7 weeks rather than 7 days but of course nothing, no reply. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Bought the bed which is actually beautiful and paid for gas lift for storage. Slight damage to the frame but barely noticeable, however, NO GAS LIFT PROVIDED!
Got in touch with the company, was asked to send photos which I did back in July. NO RESPONSE. They've took my money and do not care in the slightest.

I still haven't received a replacement mattress. They ignore phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. The next step is to pursue Trading Standards.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY, PLEASE BUY FROM A REPUTABLE STORE THAT PUTS CUSTOMER CARE.AT THE FOREFRONT OF EVERYTHING THEY DO. BAD WORKMANSHIP, WEBSITE PHOTOS LOOK FAR MORE LUXURIOUS THAN THEY ACTUALLY ARE. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. KEEP YOUR MONEY PEOPLE OR REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
