Beautiful books. Great idea for a gift. Packaged well and arrived in good time. A bit pricey if no offer but as I got 2 for 1 deal it worked out well. I am sure they will be loved on Christmas morning by the recipients.

From moment I ordered the whole process was so simple and hassle free. Updates were available to see of what stage book was at wheter it was printing, or binding or shipping. It was very quick process from ordering to receiving (prdered 28th Nov recieved 6th Dec. One book is a present but the other one we got of how our little girl helpped Santa in his workshop is a huge with her and she only 3. So reccomend for any book lovers especially ones who love to see themselves in stories.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The website advertised a special offer stating that you could purchase two books for the price of one, but during the checkout process there was no clear information or guidance on how to select or add the second book to the basket. As a result, I received only one book, even though I intended to buy two identical books as Christmas gifts for my best friends.

Customer service offered me a discount code, but I would still have needed to pay for delivery, which did not feel like a fair resolution. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Special offers should be clearly explained, including step-by-step instructions during checkout to ensure customers understand how to redeem the promotion.

Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from making any future purchases. Thank you.

The books are beautifully made. I love how the first book leads into the second story. Having the ability to add in every persons name is a wonderful detail.

The names were transposed correctly, the stories longer than I thought they would've been so many more pages than I expected, and the drawings of the children matched the descriptions I gave. Will definitely use again but will wait for the occasional seasonal deals.

This book is very strange. I ordered what I thought would be a cute, child-friendly support mechanism for transitioning my son off his dummies. What I receive was a beautiful book in terms of aesthetic, but that is where the positives stop. The story is written by a leading psychologist for children, which I considered a positive, but, in reality, demonstrates that not everyone is talented as a children's author. This is borne out in the overly complex, convoluted and frankly alarming story. I am not sure if I have the tenacity to read the needlessly long story, let alone my 3 year old. The plot involves dummies becoming smelly, elves stealing them and other nonsense that would actually upset my son. It has gone un the bin. Honestly, we will never reas it to our son. Save yourself £25+ and just do a box to send off to the dummy fairy and ride it out.

I got my two grandchildren a book each for Christmas, the books are so beautiful, they Children absolutely love reading them and were amazed to find their names in the story.
I made the mistake, I didn’t realise that there were four books in the series and I ordered book 1 and book 3 🥲
I would highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with My Best Book. I ordered two Christmas books on offer (two for the price of one) - I thought this deal was perhaps a little too good to be true. However, I received both books and was extremely pleased with the amazing quality and adorableness of both. Personalised gifts are so popular nowadays. One is a gift for my son and the other a gift to my nephew. I'm sure both boys will cherish these books for years to come. I certainly will!

I had a small issue with the book and it was resolved instantly. Very happy with the quality of the paper and book itself. Maybe just a little more diversity available when picking chacteristics perhaps.
