Order arrived boxed and well wrapped inside, so bottles were in excellent condition. Bugalugs colognes are lovely sprays, i even spray on pillows now, not just the dog!

Short dated dry cat food received so no good for ordering in bulk
Ordered eight boxes of go cat kitten dry food to give my young cat over the next six months or so. It was vey short dated - best before end of Sept 2023 so is not a good buy unless you have lots of kittens. My previous order with you was a few months previous and the date was the same on that batch, which I just managed to use before the date was up. The same item you see in the supermarkets has a date of over a year ahead. So your company is no good if you want your cat food to have a reasonable date on it.
Update - the company have refunded me the short dated items so that was decent of them.

Please accept our apologies for sending short dated food out on such a large order.
This shouldn't have happened as all our short dated food would normally be put into our "Clearance Corner", obviously in this case this didn't happen.
We are a small family run company and are always available to call to address any queries and issues.
Understandably you feel hard done by and stuck potentially out of date food in the future.
As such we will resolve this straight away for you.

A test for a great company is consistency in quality, not just in the products that we, the customers purchase, but the ease of website browsing to find what we need. You see for myself being super busy in work, and home life I require, 'Or should I correctly state, 'Our Bunnies' require good products fast!
So my second order? Well now, this again was brilliantly packaged arriving promptly in perfect condition.
The prices are very good and having a delivery saves me a lot of time and stress. I am greatfull for all that you do.
You save the most precious thing in life, and this is time.
