The service from the backup staff was 5 stars and they were really helpful, i dealt with Amy and Elaine, and they were great, the product on the other hand is quite disappointing, it does not look anything like advertised, and seems to be s sticker on a piece of metal, the writing is so small, one can barely read it.
I am very pleased with the service I received from Lindsay. She was constantly patient and made every effort to assist me and even compensate me for the delays in my order. She never got upset and kept being professional and very helpful with all my enquiries. I would recommend her to any client and I know many people will benefit from her services. Thank you Lindsay!
The sales and after-sales service are excellent.

A very professional and supportive team, following up on my orders and making sure all is perfect
Amy L was extremely attentive, committed to solving my problem, and she did solve it; an excellent professional.
I had a problem with my home charging and they helped me quickly, providing a solution. I hope the product is as good as the support. Thank you very much.
Great communication along the way, great product!
Thank you for the really good and quick response.
Wonderful service and communication. They helped me immediately and resent my order when there was an issue with the delivery. They never questioned my claim and were always kind and supportive. Highly recommended!
Første sending havde fejl som de ikke ville stå ved. Valgte så at købe en ny (fik ikke noget tilbage for den første) og nummer 2 er heller ikke helt i orden.
This company is BS. Trust the bad reviews!
I selected expedited shipping and it stated I'd have the item by 2/11. As of 2/11 the item was still in China - definitely not making it to US today.
Support was responsive but not helpful at all.
Took over a month for my order to be processed and still have not received. They said 2-4 days of processing and 7-10 days for shipping yet i have been waiting much longer. Emailed support and they responded with a message explaining the process can take much longer yet the guidelines say different.
Customer service is fast and very easy to talk to. I’m also pleased with how simple it was to put together the order. Also the quality of the product is fantastic and they make for special keep sakes.
Great product, fast shipment and an outstanding customer service! I'd be sure to recommend.
