It was really easy to rent a camper abroad for the first time. I received great support from the MyCamper team. I would prefer it if they had a mobile app.

What a great platform. Basically functions like Airbnb but for campervans. We had a great holiday in Norway touring in a van. Will definitely do it again, so if you've got a van that you don't mind lending to others, sign up and let the rest of us enjoy a bit of vanlife too!!

Excellent camper rental service, on par with the big brands
We rented the camper for a family trip to Sweden and were really satisfied. Even though it's a private rental, the level of service had nothing to envy from major players in the industry like Roadsurfer: the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, pickup and drop-off were smooth and on time, and communication was clear and helpful throughout.
A professional experience I'd recommend to anyone looking for the flexibility of a private rental without giving up the reliability of the big rental companies.

In general our experience was very positive. Good communication, everything went smoothly, also the way the owner and the renter of the camper work together via the website works very well. Gives confidence and security for both parties.
Only thing which isn’t optimal is he way of checking/confirming your identity. Because of the automated process this lead to confusion. Only after (a quick) interference with a “real human” this was solved.

Veldig enkelt og sikkert å leie igjennom mycamp. Gikk veldig enkelt med innsjekkings liste og utsjekkingen kommer til å leie gjennom de flere ganger.

Nem side at navigere rundt på, og god til både opstart og afslutning af leje.
Og hurtig ekspedition af depositum retur efter endt leje.

Very helpful platform with broad camper/caravan offering and a highly convenient process.

Hyrde husbil via mycamper, när vi väl kom fram var husbilen till 60% funktion. Massvis med hyllor som va ur funktion, papperskorg som va trasig som ägaren påstod man får silvertejpa bara.
Saknades utrustning såsom gasolgrill från listan. Toalettens kassett var inte tömd så fick tömma föregående hyrandes avföring utan blå påse i….
Försöker medla detta med supporten då ägaren vägrar komma till någon vettig lösning. Där supporten knappt svarar och är till noll hjälp. Kan starkt avvisa att hyra från mycamper. Har bilder på allt samt sms från uthyrare som håller med på alla fel och kundsupport som ej hjälper.

Great first time experience. Clear process and communication, without any hidden surprises.
Also appreciated is that there is no overkill of messages coming from the platform, as often happens with other platforms.
