Vier unterschiedliche Kreditkarten wurden nicht akzeptiert. Es gab immer eine Fehlermeldung. Als wir uns an mycamper wandten, bekamen wir die saloppe Antwort, dass bei nicht rechtzeitiger Bezahlung die Reservation wie auch die Anzahlung verfallen würden. Nach etlichen weiteren Versuchen gelang die Bezahlung dann über Twint. Die Dienstleistung entspricht bei Problemen nicht den Preisen. Sonst ok.

Easy to rent and good comunication with ovner of the camper. Good prosess on pick up and delivering makes the renting secure for ovner and renter.

Mycket smidigt och tillförlitligt sätt att hyra på. Jag rekommenderar det varmt!! Vår upplevelse baseras dock till stor del på ägarens bemötande och hjälpsamhet. Vet inte hur systemet fungerar om man får problem.

I would not recommend to rent anything over this website. At the end, you end up paying a lot of so called "service fee" which is not doing anything for you. Besides that, they also increase the service fee with the total length of your renting period. If you have something with the vehicle you rented, you can easily talked to the owner about it. I doubt that the service will help better than the actual owner. Besides that, I had contact with the service in the beginning of my travel and it wae not a good experience at all.
Sadly they just take a lot of money for nothing which makes the whole renting experience through this website a little bit bitter.

Easy and well-documented process. We had a great experience renting a campervan. The MyCamper-portal worked well and the owner of the van was very helpful and trustworthy.

I needed to rent a campervan for a 2-week family trip in Norway, and the booking process on Mycamper turned into a serious disappointment.

The platform gives a decent overview of available campervans, but the real problem arises once you select one – it then has to be confirmed by the owner. I had 2 bookings rejected in a row, even though the vans were listed as available. There should be much better control over actual availability if it's advertised as such.

My 3rd booking was actually approved, but was subsequently cancelled because the campervan changed ownership. I was told I could simply rent from the new owner instead – but by then the dates were no longer available. The booking was cancelled, and due to currency exchange fluctuations on the deposit, I lost 13 euros on a van I never even got to rent. Mycamper refused to compensate directly for this loss, even though the error wasn't on my end.

As a result of these 3 failed bookings, availability in that period shrank and prices rose. I ended up with a 4th campervan at a higher price and with worse specifications than my earlier choices. Since I had already booked ferries and locked in a fixed itinerary, changing the holiday simply wasn't an option – I was forced to accept a more expensive and inferior solution.

The experience with the 4th campervan itself was thankfully fine, but that doesn't change the fact that the entire booking process cost me unnecessary time, money, and stress.

Finally, it's also striking that such a large platform doesn't have an app. You receive notifications via SMS and then have to manually log in through the browser – an actual app would make for a far more modern and user-friendly experience.

I expect Mycamper to tighten up availability accuracy on their platform, and to offer real compensation when errors like this occur.

We had an excellent experience with MyCamper from start to finish. The platform was easy to use, the booking process was quick and straightforward, and communication with the camper owner was smooth throughout.

The camper was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and in perfect condition. It made our road trip through Norway an unforgettable experience.

Everything went according to plan, with no surprises or issues. We really appreciated how simple and reliable the whole process was.

Verfügbare Camper auf einen Blick, ohne mehrere Seiten abklappern zu müssen. Was will man mehr? Die Reservationsabwicklung funktioniert gut und schnell, die Zahlungen funktionieren problemlos und zuverlässig. Wir haben bereits zweimal über diese Plattform ein Camper gebucht. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
