My Canada payday is pure trash!

They say they accept customers that are on Child tax benefits. But they also want your banking stuff in the “actual desktop “ website which I don’t have access to I’ve tried many times using my iPhone. So just to get a loan you gotta use a computer which is a hassle as well. I applied 3 times and they denied me. My Canada pay day sucks. To much if a hassle! Don’t waste your time

Im giving 2 stars because this has to be the most annoying frustrating and invasive company out there. They ask for 180 day bank statement for every loan.. daya harvesting you buying habits to sell. They only need 30 days to prove your pay cheques are on correct days and roght amount and they payments go through. This is invasion of privacy and data harvesting. They also make you give them new void cheques on every loan, funny tou could keep the goddamn thing from the last time lile every other loan company on the goddamn planet. Avoid this company they are crooked with the way they suck information they dont need out of you. Fix your shit, you obly need 30 day statements like literally everu single other loan company in the country. Will be reporting your asses to the BBB for nessasary data collection and invasion of customers privacy. You do not need half a year of bak records to give a payday loan!

My experience was so poor, it is very hard to write anything constructive. The application process was archaic. First they connect to your bank getting all required banking information as all payday loan companies do. Then they send you a form you have to fill out which requires the banking details even though they are already connected to the bank. This form requires banking info, income info (which is also within the banking info they can see because they are connected) which is also done by other loan companies without the need for the additional page to be filled out.

The disturbing part, is that they also require names and phone numbers of references even though they have not approved the loan yet and I can assure you that these names/info are recorded separately regardless if the loan is approved or not.

Then they said my income was not over 1000 per month which is not the case because my ODSP has my rent automatically taken from my cheque prior to receiving the balance I get every month. My monthly statement reflects this. This is impossible for their "system" to comprehend. Then because a 1000 income is required per month, they declined the loan.

Additionally, I am on disability and receive ODSP but I also have disability income from the federal government every month, which puts me well over the 1000 min income requirement, but somehow their "system" does not allow for two incomes to be considered.

And here yet another disturbing part... they claim the government regulations won't allow them to allow 2 incomes to be considered. I told them that the other companies I deal with (iCash and Loan Express) don't have these government regulations and i have no problem getting loans from them. No response!

In a nutshell, they get your references names, they say the ODSP income is fine but make no considerations to my specific situation (my ODSP income is over $1,800 per month but the rent is automatically taken prior to reviewing my final monthly payment which is extremely common with ODSP recipients). Then they don't consider the Federal Monthly disability payment and blame government regulations which are non existent. I wasted at least an hour of my time and I clearly passed their 1000 per month requirement, yet I was given nothing but excuses and lies. DO NOT use this company!

Absolute trash, I’ve been dealing with this company on and off for a while and it’s frustrating to say the least. Apply online, nope can’t verify account, call them, tell you try it again, nope can’t verify account, call them, try this, nope can’t verify account, try this platform (same one), nope can’t verify account BUT your account is blocked, to many attempts. Call back, manager gotta call you back, calls back, not our fault, it’s the third party, nope it’s your company who hired em not me, so my family is blocked from even the least amount we had in our account until Monday. Thank My Canada Payday!!!!

Can't even get accepted. Ive applied for months. Almost been a year since I've been applying and had an account.

The company can be depended on for ease and speed of processing, and is on the most reliable for situations when I need urgent funding!

Then even with 2 year of constant income 1200$ weekly after they steal your personal info and bank info they declined no reason. My friend told me fraudster like him and them get personals infos then go buy 70'' 8k TV pay nothing now and monthly later with false card using your names.

They waste your time. Say loans are approved in 15 minutes yet makes you wait for days. Doesn't accept self employment as income. Went with their competitor and was very satisfied. I wouldn't waste your time with this company.
