This is the second time I ordered earrings and experienced delayed shipping issues. So far even though I received an email saying the earrings shipped, it’s been weeks and they have not arrived. The communication is terrible. I will not buy from them again.

Hey Adam! Do you have an order number, I cant seem to find an order with your last name anywhere! But if you paid for express shipping, I would be happy to refund you for the express shipping. If you went the free shipping route, it usually can take up to 5-6 days between packing and shipping.
