Bad customer service
Such a shame, as most of the products I ordered were so lovely.
However, I noticed a chip in the paint on the drinks bottle I bought.
I emailed the company and got offered either £5 or 20% discount.
I took the 20% discount after ALOT of back and forth.
Then, after I had excepted, I also received a generic email that was sent to all on the mailing list for 20% off which I felt made my 20% off pointless and insulting.
So I emailed back and got the £5.
I will order again as everything else in the order was lovely but the actual customer service was 0/10.
I had to write publicly on their instagram to prompt them to email me back. (Several times).
Really disappointing because I thought they would have a female led, thoughtful, responsive team. Which is not the case.
To conclude, nice product, bad customer service.

A chipped item is never the experience we want for our customers, and we understand your frustration regarding both the resolution process and the delays in communication. We can see that a goodwill refund was ultimately provided, but we're sorry that reaching a resolution took more effort than it should have.
