They sent the wrong size for my kid. I ordered a kids size and they sent an adult

My order took about a week to arrive and it was exactly what I had expected it to be. Was originally very cautious of the site but that was put to ease once it arrived. Item was exactly how it was described. I wish I had gotten the route protection plan as it would have been nice to track the order.

I posted some feedback. It said "ok" but nothing got posted. I think the feedback section is all fake.

I still haven’t received my order and have received no response to my efforts to contact the company.

10/04Update: The cozy shark came just in time before I had to amputate the frost bite.I can’t give you a real rating until I receive the product. I understand it’s most likely coming from China first and surpassing me to the mainland USA and than finally on its way to me back across the Pacific Ocean but damn I will freeze to death before I’m ever able to try being cozy in my cozy shark. 🤗

I never received my order

I believe the size charts are inaccurate as my order wasn’t even close to being tall enough for me.

Haven’t received it yet. Been 2 weeks and no update

The product itself looks good and well made, unfortunately though the sizing isn't quite accurate. I bought this for my wife who is 5'9" since it says it fits most people up to 6'; she was unable to get it on just past her waist due to the arm placement.
We are going to use it for a nieces birthday gift instead.

Complete scam. They didn't ship the order until I emailed asking them to cancel after waiting two weeks. The item they shipped was much smaller than advertised. When asked for a refund they became unresponsive.

After purchasing I discovered that the same item was available for much much less on other sites, including Amazon

Completely false advertising of product! What I received was a cheap, not even crappy halloween costume quality knock off of whats shown in there videos and website. The fabric is incredibly thin and the inside isn't even lined so it's just scratchy and horrible, and many of the threads are coming out of it straight out the package. I ordered a medium which claimed to fit someone 5'2 to 5'6, you'd have to be under 4'6 for this thing to fit you, I'm 5'4 and where the shoulders are supposed to be barely are at my waist. My package shipped from China and took over a month to get to me in the U.S., and this company will not issue any refunds under any circumstances. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

These do not fit someone 6 foot. Total lie. My gf is 5’7 and it barely fits her. Looks nice just terrible sizing

Much too large. Not an accurate description. Returns are complicated. Asking for original packaging, return shipping fee. Package was a plastic bag which had to be torn open. No tags on garment. It was a complete loss of payment. Is there anyway ur company can make return more easy and viable for consumer? Please let me know asap, and I will take this review down and an add a positive one. P.S. my granddaughter was quite disappointed, since 2 of her could have fit in this garment. Hope to hear from u soon.

I absolutely love it! Very cozy and warm. Also, it's a great laugh when you come out dressed as a shark wiggling around!🤣😁

Mine doesn't fit. I am average height (5'9") with broad shoulders and it feels less like a cocoon and more like a sausage-skin. The snap doesn't close over my head. It's fine for my wife, who is 5'.

I loved it. It is cute.
