However the heated air hose is extremely stiff and the packaging bends are still in it and will not straighten out

Excellent customer service
I was having an issue paying on-line through my computer as PayPal wouldn't work. I received a phone call from the staff asking if they could help even thought the issue was on my end. I ended up being able to pay using my phone over PC and received my CPAP machine in no time at all so had very little lost usage time.
