I recently purchased the myCred Business Plan for a project that required a flexible rewards system. The plugin itself is well-built and has a solid set of features.

However, I encountered a technical limitation: the 'buyCred Stripe' add-on currently only supports standard credit and debit cards. My project specifically requires support for local payment methods like iDEAL, SEPA, and Klarna, which are not currently available in their Stripe integration.

I reached out to their support team, and I was very impressed by how responsive and professional they were. They offered to prioritize these features in their development roadmap, but as my project timeline was tight, they honored their 14-day money-back guarantee without any friction.

It’s a great product, and if you only need standard card payments, it’s a solid choice. I look forward to using myCred in future projects once they expand their payment gateway support!

I installed the plugin with the add-on for Amelia booking plugin. Even though it worked the way I expected with the points, the plugin had an issue where i was constantly getting an error when trying to save a page (invalid JSON).
I reached out to the team to let them know that the add-on wasn't working properly and they were super fast to address the issue and install an updated version of the add-on for the proper functioning of my site.

Support is very good, Talha Bukhari has given me a quick amd professional resolutiin to my issue.

They fixed the issue i had with the plugin. I mean its MyCred.... One of the most trust worthy names/company for Wordpress users. Support was swift and they executed many changes for their plugins to ensure it worked properly. I'm not one to judge support on speed since depending on the plugin fixing it may require a delicate operation but it was pretty fast, when i dealt with support. Daily communications and updates back and forth until the problem was fixed.

I've dealt with myCred for a few projects now, and I've had to use their customer support in each one. And I have to say, their team is diligent, and even though it may take a couple back-and-forths to get things resolved, I believe that I can rely on them to get the job done. During my last support session, Talha stuck with it and made sure my question was resolved. Because of this I will continue to utilize their plugins for future projects.

As an expert in gamification, I can say this plugin is great. I also dealt with customer support team and found them real support.

Support is unbearably slow. Building a system for a client of mine, needed to get the system up days ago, but the support won't even help me get the lienee key.
