I have to say that I think this is the best dentist that I’ve ever had! Kind, patient, so gentle, that I fell asleep whilst I was having my root canal done!
Everyone in the practice, from receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist, was consistently polite, kind, helpful and positive. The practice itself has been recently refurbished and is looking and feeling so calm and clean. I certainly recommend them!

The staff are very welcoming the dentists professional and approachable and informative.time was given to address treatment needed

Disappointing experience today. Not checked in - even though I gave my name etc. Then when seen was given less than 5 mins and the reason I was there wasn't dealt with. As someone who suffers with chronic pain, having to sit and wait well after my appt time and then have nothing done - it wasn't a proper check of my teeth, and now I have to come again, which means sitting in more pain.
I've been with the practice for 30+ years, and have always been delighted with my treatment, but today was definitely a disappointing experience.

Eleanor is my dentist i see and shes just the most amazing caring and very gentle dental surgeon iv ever been treated by. She knows her stuff too. The girls on reception are lovely the dental nurses are lovely too. My dentist whiston has been really good to me my daughter.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The appointment times are really flexible with late evenings and weekends.
The dentists and hygienist are very good and explain everything clearly.

My daughter has braces through the NHS here. Firstly i would say that the staff at the clinic have been friendly and welcoming.

The 3 star is due to appointment cancellations, which i believe are due to the fact we do not have a private agreement with them.

2 appointments cancelled due to staff being absent and the next appointments offered each time being months away. (October cancelled, shifted to January)

If you are an NHS patient you might find yourself a little frustrated.

Had to see a dentist fairly quick and they obliged, can't fault them at the Gorseinon practice!

The worst dentist I ever been since I remember! Been told by the dentist that I have to change one of my fillings ( I had it for more than 15 years never but never had a problem) I asked why ? Has to be changed it’s not good ! I said ok ! They charged me £210 done the job after about 6 months the filling started falling in pieces today I have no filling I have pain on my tooth I really don’t know what they done to my mouth hate them! I’ll advise everyone don’t use them they only interested in making money!! Now they refunding me but I been told it will take 5 to 10 days to send the money to my account!!! Disgraceful never ever 👎I forgot to mention the practice was in west Drayton 👎

Lily and her dental nurse were super at all times. Very considerate and friendly which made my visits as comfortable as they could be. Sadly if I was not nhs I would not been able to afford my crown work and had to just have my tooth out. I feel very grateful I am one of the few left with nhs. Thank you both 🌸
