My Divan Bed Reviews

Came within a week. More then happy with service, just slight recommendation of more communication as in received order, in the warehouse, passed on to courier.
However considering I ordered a bed previously and 6 weeks later told would be delivered then cancelled on the day but didn’t inform me! So my Divan Bed was a pleasure to purchase from

Really lovely bed
Great value for money
Looks great once set up in my granddaughters bedroom

Company, great! Customer Service, great! Delivery, great! Fabric samples were easy enough to purchase and beds look gorgeous! My only neg would be that the beds aren't as sturdy as I would have hoped but at the same time, when you aren't paying over £600 for a bed frame, what can one expect. So in that sense, great value for money! Especially with how the modern world works, we change decor more often than ever before and so the frame would easily last 4 to 5 years, or even more. I would recommend this company for sure. Fabric samples were easy enough to purchase and beds look gorgeous!

Very good quality and fast delivery, very impressed

Good communication. Good customer services. Looking forward to using my new bed at the weekend. Quality looks good.

Delivery was very quick from ordering to delivery 4days! Bed perfect, I slept on it last night first and I woke without any back pain!
Mattress so comfy, (spring type).
Highly recommended, excellent service.

Very friendly and communication excellent.

Excellent bed, very good value for money. Came 2 days earlier than expected and small issue we had was resolved fully and very quickly. Would recommend and likely to use again in the future.

Brilliant service and quality product, the delivery team was professional and polite.
I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends - big thumbs up from me!

Bed delivered a day late but that was no problem. Delivered with care No complaints

Easy ordering and true to their word with delivery! Bed was everything that was advertised, and is of excellent quality, far exceeding my expectations. Excellent communication, a fantastic team, and a 5 star company :)

Excellent headboard and customer service thank you for changing the order so quickly when I made a mistake, much appreciated.

Really great communication before, during and after purchase. Couldn’t have asked for better and all my questions answered. Delivery very smooth and kept informed, all put into my house no problems.
Actual bed less sturdy than I would have hoped for with the material being thinner and draw bottoms more flimsy than expected.
Overall bed looks wonderful and great customer service. Prices very competitive and no complaints!

I was a bit sceptical to order from this website 😅, I went through all the reviews from trustpilot,to see if it's real the website and what people think of Mydivanbed and I have made the right decision. Recommended. It took 6days since I have placed the order till delivery. Very good quality, nice and solid.
