Took on a minor's debt from…
Took on a minor's debt from the IONOS Group and then hung up on me when I started questioning their policies.
Used to be called Arvarto Financial Solutions Ltd, which has 1 star on Trustpilot for treating their customers poorly.
Stay far far away from "Everyday People", they're not for the people, they're for the people who want your money.
I have reported them to the Insolvency Investigations and Enforcement Services, along with IONOS Group.

We would not knowingly contact anyone regarding a debt involving a minor, and if this is what has occurred, we would like to investigate this as a priority.
We are also concerned to hear your comments about the call experience, as this is not reflective of the standard of service we aim to provide. We record all calls for quality and compliance purposes and would welcome the opportunity for our Complaints Team to review the interaction.
As part of our investigation, we will also liaise with our client where appropriate to ensure the matter has been handled correctly throughout.

Terrible company
Terrible company. They constantly send me text messages, and I haven't lived in the UK for several years. I don't even know where they got my number. I have a prepaid card with the number, no subscription, and I have no idea how to reply.

Anything but, trying to hassle those in question into paying a parking fine that has clearly and obviously successfully challenged by POPLA - it is effectively bullying and manipulation.
They bury their heads in the sand claiming they can't locate the person in question despite having access to all the information.
I have passed on this companies behaviour and harassment to the Financial Conduct Authority, the British Parking Association, and Citizens Advice Scotland.

Our role is to support customers by helping them understand their options and, where appropriate, agree affordable solutions based on their individual circumstances. We do not take legal action or apply pressure. We are appointed as an intermediary step in the process to help ensure matters are resolved fairly and appropriately preventing escalation.
If a parking charge has been successfully challenged through POPLA, it should not be progressed further or placed with us for support. We would never knowingly pursue a balance in those circumstances, and what you’ve described is not the experience we aim to provide.
We would genuinely like to look into this as a priority. We have reached out to you via Trustpilot, and if you are able to provide a reference number there, this will help us locate the correct account quickly.
