The Eye specialist physician was very thorough and explained everything to me. My vision (farsighted) actually improved the past 2 years. I have been coming there for probably a decade. The staff on Cochran Road in Mt. Lebanon. Kind, professional, helpful, and very friendly. I just received a second set of eyeglasses and sunglasses and they spent time fitting me perfectly. Applying discounts and making sure i was happy and satisfied. Love them all.
The Customer Service people are fantastic
The Customer Service people are especially helpful. They answered all my questions and provided reassurances that I was using the instrument correctly. I called twice to verify a few issues. I needed the information for a doctor visit, and the Customer Service person had the data quickly produced and sent to me and my doctor. I all the years I have contacted customer service departments I have never found a group as welcoming and proactive to assist a customer than your group.

Very good experience
Received the device quickly, was contacted by a representative to see if I had any questions on using it. Used it for a week with no issues and returning it was easy. The day they received it back they sent the data downloaded from the device to my doctor and myself. Everything went well and am very satisfied.

Very easy to use & very informative
This was my second time using the pressure check tonometer. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The tonometer worked well and it was easy to share the results to my app. Setting up delivery and returning the machine was very easy. My doctor gets the results quickly and it’s beneficial for my glaucoma treatment to check IOP at all times of the day for an extended time period. I highly recommend using this.

Reassuring to do at home measurements.
It is reassuring to be able to measure my intraocular pressure at home at different times of the day. Then I know things are going well. When I go to my ophthalmologists office, my pressure is measured only at a certain time of the day and I would not know how it is throughout the rest of the day if I could not measure it myself at home. At one point, the pressure in my left eye was measuring too high throughout the day. On reporting this to my doctor, he performed a laser procedure on that eye. Thereafter it remained within normal parameters. I feel so grateful to have this machine at home.

A Very Useful Tool
My tonometer is proving very useful in monitoring the variations in my eye pressure. Hopefully the adjustments in medications will prove useful.
I used myeyes to rent a glaucoma…
I used myeyes to rent a glaucoma pressure testing machine for one week. The two people I talked to on the phone were super helpful; the first for scheduling when to receive the machine (complicated by delays caused by travel on my part) and the second for walking me through how to use it. Given that the machine send out a probe that hits your eye the calm walk through was very much appreciated.

Purchased the home 2 product from myeyes. Customer service is top notch. The home2 device works great. The only thing I wish it did was display the pressure reading on the device itself, but it only allows you to sync it to an app on your smart phone to see your pressure readings. Not a big deal, but I do wish it just displayed an instant reading on the devices like the ones you see in your eye doctors office.
A Great Experience!
TL:DR A very good experience. The customer service is 5 star. The device was easy to use. My field of vision continued to decrease despite having good pressure readings during my eye exams. Something wasn't right! My physician recommended a Home 2 trial.
Being an RN, I was eager to obtain as much data as possible. Having the ability to obtain multiple pressure readings, 24 hours a day, was invaluable. Over a two week period, and after many,many eye pressure and BP readings,I was able to directly correlate an increase in my eye pressure with an increase in my blood pressure. This was occurring during the night and would never have been noted during my eye exams at my physician's office. I also recorded the times I took my eye drops each day.Having the Home 2 data was extremely useful for my self and my physician. I am now taking a different regime for my eyes and my blood pressure.
I am considering the purchase of a Home 2 device so I can frequently monitor the efficacy of the new medication I am now taking. I like the Clinical program that allows you to see a graph or table of your eye pressure, in real time. I think it would be very helpful if notes, such as blood pressure or medication administration, could be added to the graph.
All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend the Home 2 device.
Great device; excellent customer support
The device itself is excellent. It is easy to use and intuitive. The customer service team is excellent. They are knowledgeable and reach out. I had a small issue synching the device to my phone and they walked me through the issue quickly.

Highly recommend this company. They are easy to order from online and they are even better to speak with post sale. I was recommended to them by my eye care professional for at home IOP monitoring. The device is also excellent (iCare Home2 tonometer).
A very easy way to check eye pressure
I was very impressed with the way that MyEyes introduced me to the device ahead of time, plus they had "ambassadors" call me to make sure I was aware of how the process would work, answer questions, and after the device arrived, make sure I knew how to use it. The whole process was effortless!
