Yes was pleased with it but I had vanilla in with the oud fragrance so that wasn't advertised!

Normally buy this of the tictok shop but see an ad from Fabulosa themselves so decided to order this was on the 13th I have email confirming this and as of yet I have heard nothing

Everything you could possibly need my home smells amazing and the doggy pee eliminator does exactly what it says it eliminates and our pooch is 14 so he's like a leaky tap. Came so quick nicely boxed will be ordering again and again and again

Had a problem with a delivery which was damaged by courier & contacted fabulosa customer services Rhina couldn't of been more helpful&i have just received replacement items which I am most grateful for, wonderful products & service always, thank you

Coloured water. Hardly any smell of the products. & when it arrived 2 bottles had nothing in them. All leaked onto rest of parcel
& now they have reduced it all. So. I feel a bit let down.

Love the washing up liquid. It doesn't irritate my hands but still does the job. Bought the oven top cleaner for 1st time. Made it lovely & shiny & getting rid of some tough stains

Standard delivery takes 3-7 days so their website says. Late delivery with them dispatching late on day 6, yes just ordered again and yes later than they say again. So do expect items to arrive later than they commit to. Would be good if they could change the details to reflect the reality. People only want what’s stated and that’s not what they are getting by many of the late reviews. Why don’t they just say their standard delivery will take 7-14 days 🤷‍♀️

Terrible service. Late dispatch and then failure to deliver twice by Amazon logistics (who are usually very good). Totally poor packing - far too much in a very flimsy box. Only a tiny bit of padding in there too.

Box (when it arrived) was mangled and ripped, and had obviously been sellotaped on the way by the courier.

Two items inside had fully emptied out over all of the rest of the contents, therefore rendering these items unusable. The packing was visibly wet.

This is not the first time this has happened - despite change of courier to my last order. You need to work on your packing / use better boxes / split heavy orders into smaller volumes.

I have had zero reply to my emails - you need to issue a refund / replacement immediately.

Bought through Tik tok shop NEVER AGAIN. Took 8 days to arrive via Amazon(hello?! Whattt? Why?!) Customer service was rubbish. Hefty package arrive poorly packed and had leaked. I’ll stick to finding this range in B&M as I do love it but not waiting 8 days for a package within the UK to arrive even when sent amazon AND packed poorly.

Item never arrived now I have to wait for it to be returned to get a refund it never reached my address ..little communication not worth the bother

i had ordered a delivery from Fabulosa
in fact 23 items - it was delayed and sent to wrong address too ..the amazon delivery guy left a picture where he delivered my parcel .. it wasn’t my home ..
so following day after having had full days rain and nights i got round to collecting it
it was soaked and some items were damaged . i let the company know and immediately received an e mail saying they had my received my query and would get back to me
which they did after i provided photos of damaged goods and upon that i received full
refund - no
hassle and said they would claim it from delivery company … so very fair no hassle in. giving refund - 5 ✨✨✨✨✨from me and i’d order again from them no problem

First order was never shipped and refund was declined so had to send proof it was never sent. Second order arrived with one of bottle lid completely off and the contents all over everything inside.

Absolutely lovely smell

The fragrance was very subtle I was expecting a Dubai spa as advertised but was disappointed I have used fabulous for years but wouldn’t buy this range again sorry
