My experience with this company has been very good for me.
The recipes and menue's have not been challenging at all, they are all easy to buy so you haven't to go to full lengths to buy them.
I also find I can swap meals providing I keep with the calories intake for that day.

je ne connais pas le service, je n'ai jamais reçu un seul mail d'inscription ou de contenu de leur part.
J'ai été abonnée à mon insu pour un service que je ne connais pas, qui ne m'intéresse pas, pour lequel je n'ai aucun mail, aucun contenu, aucun service dans ma boite !!!! Et aucun moyen de les contacter - a part, trouvé ici, une adresse mail...
C'est clairement une histoire de vols de données quelque part !!!!!!!!

I cancelled my subscription 2 hours after signing up as I realised it wasn’t for my. Cancelled the body coach all done through Apple and have just had £31.98 taken from my account. I realised I’d likely have to forfeit the original £6.99 but I am very disappointed in the money being taken though supposedly cancelled .
So I’ve lost £39.00 in 2 hrs in total because I’ve changed by mind and cancelled. Not Good

Simple and easy to follow, very good program.
I'd be doing it forever as I have been fighting a weight
problem most of my life, but, circumstances causes me to take a pause. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to follow a simple non evasive program.

I didn’t find it as difficult as I thought it would be. I am still struggling with food choices and what to eat.

The whole program is easy to manage so far. I don't follow all the recipes but try to eat clean. Mainly protein and vegetables, and a little bit of fruit. Probably need to include more dairy. My homemade coffees are my treat. I have one a day. I want this to fit into my daily activities. I'm in this for the long haul.

It was very difficult for me to follow te suggested meal plans. There were an awful lot of ingredients I don’t like and even the substitutions were not to my liking. That said, they all sound very healthy and nutritious so I think they will suit the majority of people - just not me. It seems like a jolly good programme to follow.

Not joined yet as when I got to the part where you pay I realised its an American site I'm in the uk and I find that these sites recommend foods that we don't have in the uk and quite often food that I have never heard of and as you don't see what meals are recommended before you pay I am reluctant to go ahead with it

I love the recipes and the foods presented are generally items I have at home. I also like the easiness of the recipes, usually takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
The substitution list is very handy, since once in a great while there is something on the menu that I'm not particularly fond of, I can change to something else.

I saw the scale move by amount 3 lbs. down!

This product didn't help me to lose weight.

I was charged full renewal without any notice, then only got half back. It would be good if the company warned customers of their renewal before being charged.

I signed up for ONE month yet they keep charging. I can't get this to stop. It shows that I've cancelled yet the charges keep coming. When I follow the links they give that will help the links are blocked. What do I do? I've sent them emails - still won't respond or stop the charges. I despise this company - they should be shut down for fraud. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
