- Take note: Item came without fjallraven box packaging. All 2 bags and shoulder pads are bubble wrapped before the standard delivery black plastic packaging.

Overall great product. The Customer Service Agent in Messenger was very helpful in providing clarification. It was great to be able to get this high-quality product at a discount also. The product took 3 weeks to arrive in the Philippines, but I'm not complaining because it was free shipping due to the promo at that time.

Very difficult to return items. Small time frame to return and even when I tried to sort a credit receipt, could not find a link anywhere to do this

I paid for express shipping but there were apparently some issues with the shipping company and as such, I still have not received my bag after a week. I am here, however, to give a 10/10 review for the fantastic customer service assistant, Becky, who is doing their best to help me out. I reached out to them via email and they have been communicating with me and trying to help me get my bag ASAP.

This is my second purchase.
First purchase was perfect and landed quite fast .
My second bag meant for my son's Birthday did not arrive in time due to address being wrong on the label even though it's auto filled and has the same address as the first bad I bought few months ago.now it's being returned from Singapore back to UK again . Wondering when I will get my birthday gift sent out again.
Please ensure label is correctly printed . Please also update me on status of the fate of the bag
