If I need to cancel an order with freebird there are no issues with this process currently.

They have great customer service! I had an issue with them signing me up for the subscriptions and charging my card but they were very helpful to remove it and gave me a full refund immediately. I explained that customers do not like to be treated in that manner. They also gave me a free shaver head.

The Freebird Plus product works perfect for me, I use it mostly to shave my bald head, and it does a great job.

I always see these ads for things that seem too good to be true. Usually they aren't. But, every now and then I find a gem...Something that actually does what is says it does. Freebird flex shaver is a gem. It literally glides over my skin leaving me with a shave so close to a razor it's unbelievable!! Their communications are great too! Five Stars FOR SURE!!!

Purchased a razor, good, product. Works as advertised.

I've been shaving my head for 3 decades, using every method from depilatories to personal barbers. Freebird shavers (I own both models) are the best thing I've used to date. I love that the shave is razor-close and it is practically impossible to cut myself. I can use it dry or in the shower, even in my car. Many head shavers have come out since the Freebird but I feel no need to try anything else.

I purchased this razor and was so impressed by how well it works. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an electric razor.

It replaces my old razor/shave cream and beard trimmer with one kit. The more I use it the better the shave is. Glad I upgraded. It's easy to recommend this razor. Can't beat the price either

I have been a Freebird customer for several years. I upgraded to the Flex Pro. I like the durability of my Flex Pro, how easy it is to clean, and since I have a blade subscription, I get blades at the frequency that I want.

Great razor, im a woman and it works great on my legs, no nicks or razor burn.... im going to keep using it

liked it at first. but then the automatic blade refills are unneeded so quick and way overpriced. and you cannot cancel easy. you cobra supper and they say you have to use the portal. ok. try to login. you cannot. try the password reset, you do NOT get a email from them. yes i checked spam. yet all ther markeint email shows up. AVOID

Freebird is a great company,I only don’t like that you have to use email for customer service(I prefer to talk to a person)but they do get to you in a timely manner and take care of any problems right away like my first shaver stopped holding a charge after a few months and they immediately sent out a replacement without any hassles,true to their word on lifetime warranty.I enjoy their products so much that even though I only had my shaver less than a year I upgraded to the pro thinking it could only get better and I was correct.I would recommend freebirds shaver’s without hesitation to anyone that asks.
