They always respond within a day. The review contains not only things to fix about current year but also some suggestions to improve later year filings as well, a sign of good work attitude. Would recommend.

As a foreigner who had an LLC in the US the tax forms can be daunting so you end up paying an expensive accountant to fill out 2 forms. I tried 4 different services over the years and this was the most accurate and free.
