My contact was Kris Kane. Kris talks a smooth game but beware, all of the talk is just a scam to get you into a different program that is “helping” you resolve debt. I followed the directions and still came out with the short end of the stick. You can believe me, or not, but just know Kris is going to be smooth with his talk and make guarantees he cannot fulfill. It will seem pleasant in the beginning and that they are all on top of their game, but it’s just that. A way to suck even more money out of you on your already unpleasant situation.

My local contact is Jaye Pamment who is superb. Nothing is too much bother and she is proactive advising me of claims I can and cannot make and looking out for our needs. Ray Espejo answers my emails quickly and is a trusted source of advice as I learn to self manage our HCP. I cannot recommend Capital Guardians highly enough, they make me feel cared for!
