If I could give a negative rating I would! On Saturday 5/23 the website said they had 2 Active Target 2XL in stock so I ordered one. I got an update on Monday which was Memorial day waiting fulfilment. On Wednesday 5/27 I called and got some guy on his cell phone and told me it was inventory mistake it is backordered but the website now says they have 10+ in stock.

Kevin was great to work with. Excellent prices and service.

I ordered a bundle item and only received part of the order. NO communication stating that a part was backordered. I called customer service and was pretty much told take and wait or send what you got back. They have no problem charging me the full price without the full bundle!

Fantastic, order was placed 3/4/24-stated free shipping 3-7 business days. I arrived home from work 3/5/24, my new Minn kota was waiting for me! I also messaged with questions before ordering, Kevin responded immediately. Will definitely order from them again. Would recommend as my experience with them was great.

Kevin has been great. Order was slow to ship due to being on back order but it did ship. Once received i had technical issue and he helped me work through them. I have purchased several items and will continue

I spent almost $3000 with this company within minutes of seeing that it had the product I wanted. After the purchase was completed I did an internet search on "Mygreenoutdoors" and was NOT at all impressed. Someone had even gone as far as calling it a SCAM.

When my product was not shipped, as promised, on the day of purchase and numerous phone calls went unanswered I was afraid I was being scammed; I reacted accordingly. I promptly set about cancelling my order by sending numerous emails. A weekend in between did not alleviate my concerns.

I used Paypal.

After phone contact was made Kevin, the owner, assured me that his business was real, that the product was shipping out that day and IF I was still unhappy after my purchase was delivered I could still return it for a full refund.

Well the product arrived by UPS two days later and all turned out perfectly.

Later I realized that I had paid with the wrong credit card, I asked Kevin if he would work with me to switch payments through Paypal. Now he could have told me to get lost as it was of no benefit to him to do so but he agreed to do so. I payed him twice with the understanding that he would refund the initial payment.

He got that sorted today! Thank you, Kevin.

My busness experience with Kevin was not smooth (my fault) but with some extra effort he helped make it happen.

Neither Mygreenoutdoors nor Kevin are scammers by my experience and I would, without any hesitation, do business with Kevin again should the opportunity arise. I found him to be 100% honest, trustworthy and extra-cooperative!

I ordered 2 Scotty downriggers on Saturday and had them in CA by the following Thursday. They had the best price, no shipping costs and quick service. And the downriggers work great!

I put an order in on Paypal, but changed my mind. Call them within 10 minutes, talked with Kevin and he refunded the purchase. Sounded like a straight up guy, he was aware of backorder issues. I'd try them if I changed my mind on my item.

There seems to be a pattern here . Ordered item on line said in stock got email confirming order. Checked order 2 days later it said waiting for fulfillment. Checked item and still said in stock. This is where it gets no good could not get any communication Not answering phone or chat on their site . Don’t know how you can charge someone for items with no ship date . Dealing with credit card to back out charge. Won’t recommend them to do business with or do business with. When I cannot get communication for 5 days after I have been charged I have no choice but to write this. This seller is still lying do not use

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Ulterra and was told to change the order so it will ship faster. Made the change paid the additional money they said it shipped but never arrived. They talked me into paying even more for a different motor and It’s been a month of no return emails messages etc. Tried to cancel but now they don’t respond. Doing a charge back through PayPal. What a PITA. Avoid these fools at all cost.

I have the same problem as the other people that wrote poor reviews. I had and still have an ongoing problem with wrong product, lack of communication on their part, not doing what they said they would do, not caring about refunding my money when they said they would, extremely slow service, and seemingly just not giving a damn. I am now going through PayPal investigation to get a refund. I have nothing against this business but this review fits the service they have given.

Don't buy here, not trustworthy, very poor customer service. I canceled a product I had on backorder somewhere else and was not available from any other vendor. Their site showed they had 7 in stock. As soon as I made my order and they had charged my card I got an e-mail saying they were back-ordered. I called customer support numerous times, all but the last time going to voicemail. The last time I was put on eternal hold and finally got some jackwagon that has no clue what customer service means. As a side note other more trustworthy sites will not charge your card until they actually ship the product.

Sure wish I could give mygreenoutdoors.com negative stars. Ordering was super easy, but communication sucks!!! They take your money and then NOTHING!! I received 2 out of 3 items, but paid for all 3 items. Kevin, who I’ve been told is the owner, has lied to me 2 times via chat saying my last item was shipping in a couple of days. Originally placed my order on March 25th. The outstanding items was supposed to ship in 21 days. I spent 2-1/2 hours trying to reach queue 1 for an update today on the chat function. RIDICULOUS!! Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when calling the number listed on the website.

I ordered a Minn Kota Terrova from here 2 months over 2 months ago. For the first 2 calls they were quick to answer the phone and respond to questions. They have not answered the phone or responded in the last 5 days which is unacceptable. The reason this is a problem is I had another trollling motor I wanted to buy and wanted to cancel my order before buying this one. Still have not heard from them and I am sure the other is gone. I know they are hard to get right now and that is not their fault but I will never order from them again because of this issue.

Felt there was a lack of communication to some extent. Everything worked out in the end. Understand everything is still running a little slow with shipping etc.

Awesome website!! When so many others websites lie about inventory, won't communicate, and blame Covid-19 for their inability to get you your orders, the people at MyGreenOutdoors delivered on every promise and date while keeping me completely informed with daily emails. This is how a quality business is run. I can't tell you what a joy it is to do business with a honest company. Look forward to doing business with them again.
