Can’t say nothing but how great it was going thru this defensive driving course ! It was fun to watch and of course educational for much needed reminders when on the road ! Anyone considering taking the course …. Don’t hesitate ! I highly recommend it !!! You won’t regret it .

I loved the simplicity of the defensive course
I loved the simplicity of the defensive driving class. The material on distracted driving was exceptional including the study of multi-tasking. The material was engaging and clear. Great examples throughout.

Amazing course 🫶
The course was just really smooth and easy to follow overall. The website was also just incredibly easy to work with, as I didn't have to deal with glitches that kick me out of the site or a crazy layout that confused me. IMPROV was a great place for me to take my drivers training classes.

It was easy to navigate the course; however, I only had to call once since the course would not forward to the next session. Customer service answered quickly and fixed the problem by remoting in. Loved the Comedy breaks and cartoons throughout the entire program. Great way to keep one's attention and making it "FUN"! Thank you for this marvelous course.

I’ve taken 2-3 self-defensive courses…
I’ve taken 2-3 self-defensive courses and was the best one by far. I usually like classroom style learning, but being able to do this course at my own pace was great. The chapters were informative and I learned a lot.

Improv Defensive Driving is our go-to course!
The course was highly informative, and developed to be interesting and focus-oriented. Although somewhat lengthy, the material was important and presented in a way to be interesting. The quizzes given every 4 chapters, were developed to encourage a passing grade. The price is reasonable; the savings out of this world! Thank you, Improv and NYS DMV.
