It was a good experience, easygoing process and worked well….

I got my driving license for more than fifty (50) years this driving class had given me the opportunity to refreshed my memory that what a good driver supposed to be, its a good idea if everyone can be a SPIDER driver on the road safely and peacefully !

My defensive driving certificate was due to expire. They’re good for 3 years.
Improv learning was a place referred to me.
I went on the website and took the test.
It was very easy to navigate and pay for it. The site was secure.
The course was easy to understand and follow.
Upon completion I was directed to submit and receive my cert.
Improv even contacted my insurance company.

The course was actually fun to complete. Not what I expected

Offers an audio course online which is a big help

Was a little skeptical of course, thought it would be boring and time consuming, but I actually found it fun and interesting, not boring at all. Finished in one day. Would recommend this course to anyone. Thanks. Andrew

Do not use this! The website,course,cuatomer support are all awful and it's not only aggravating and waste of time but it's a waste of money. I could have been done with this course by now with the amount of time that I've spent on it, and the amount of time I've spent calling support and trying to get a hold of someone. I have to take every section multiple times and then it kicks me back to the beginning of the section.

When you sign up it tells you that there's audio and then after you sign up customer service tells you that there's a special version you're supposed to sign up for even though there is no special version option on the website. I went back through the website to check and see if I misssd something and I did not. The course logs you out for inactivity while you're literally in the middle of answering questions. When you call for support they want you to open an incognito window or do this do that do this and then restart and log in again and I have spent my 5 hours doing this course and I am only through 25% of it. I repeat, take any other course than this, don't take this course. The questions are easy, it's not funny unless you're five but I didn't take it because it was funny I just thought it would be more interesting and I thought there was audio so I can listen to it while I was folding laundry or something but no there isn't an audio read along. I'm sure I'll finish the course eventually within the 30 days that I have but having to do each section three times is going to take me at least 15 hours. I don't wish this experience upon anyone.

Great course..learned things..funny...not boring much. Inexpensive.

This was a really good course. I learned some things for sure. I had no issues with the course but I did have one issue with the certificate so I called the help line and the gentleman was friendly and supportive and he got the issue resolved and fixed the problem in one simple call. I had a good experience using this online course.

The course was actually pretty good. I put in my correct information but when I printed out my certificate my DOB says July 2027. This upset me because now my insurance company didn’t acknowledge it was really me. I called your company and was told it would be straightened out but it wasn’t. I was on the phone with my insurance company and after a lengthy conversation it was handled. This was definitely not my error it happened on your end.

The improv defensive driving course is a fun way to reduce the points off your drivers license ,and it also teaches you about being safe on the road

This is a thoroughly planned curriculum that takes care of instructional materials for a good driver

The course was entertaining, quick, and easy to follow however we took the course 11 days prior to due date and prior to course it stated we would get complimentary 4 tickets to improv and we are yet to see them. I called the court because Improv is yet to send the check to the court house and we are shy of 3 days from due date. Very disappointed as the checkout process was much easier than the process that should have been simpler and time efficient.
