Don’t buy from here. Ordered necklace for Christmas gift for daughter in law. In 14 th December paid extra to have it before Christmas it never arrived , or. Received a refund for it the company not been in contact with to where it is. Poor company.

Stay away from this company. They know you are powerless to return an item.
I ordered and embroidered item for my Huband's Granny's 100th birthday. Instead, I recieved a poor quality printed copy. My Infinity wouldn't accept they'd sent the wrong item. Repeatedly stating "there is no quality issue". I was advised I could send it back (paying return postage myself for their mistake), and maybe I'd get a 70% refund or keep and receive a 50% refund. Neither option is acceptable given they sent an item I didn't order. I ran out of time and energy to argue the point and accepted a 50% refund, then resigned the handkerchief to a cleaning cloth.

I was hesitant to order due to the bad reviews.. Glad I didn't pay attention.. The order I received was beautiful, lovely quality and well priced. The customer service is also impeccable.. I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Awful company preying on vulnerable people who just want to buy gifts for their loved ones. DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL. Nothing is 'engraved', it is just cheap crap with printed writing on it. Complete SCAM!

I would give Zero stars if possible.
Ordered a necklace on their website and paid a ridiculous amount of money for urgent shipping which advertised that it would get to me in time for Christmas. Still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them twice and they are just completely ignoring the issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I will be taking it further.

Zero stars. Wished I’d read the reviews before ordering. Placed order 16/12/24 as website stated delivery before Christmas. Paid over £10 for the urgent postage. Ten days later, the gift is still showing in Germany! I’ve emailed the apparent customer service support email address twice with no response. Very, very, disappointed and embarrassed that I had no gift for my elderly mother on Christmas Day. Please avoid this company unless you want to lose your money!!

Junk. My father in law was a biker. When he passed and was cremated, I searched for an urn for his ashes that was Harley related. I found one on MyInfinity that looked nice in the pictures. It was like an oval shape with your choice of motorcycle on top, and was pictured to look like it had an engraved metal plate on the front. We bought it, and asked for rush service, which still wasn't all that fast. When we got the urn it looked like cheap junk. Instead of the nice motorcycle directly mounted on the lid like we chose, it was a toy Maisto motorcycle, which wouldn't have been too much of a problem if they removed the flat toy base stand. Basically a cheap plastic urn, with a toy glued on top. Then the engraved metal plate? That's a foil sticker. Total waste of money. Just looks cheap and junky, unlike the displayed pictures. And by the time you get the order and showed it to my mother in law, the return period was up. Don't waste your money on their cheap urns, you'll be disappointed too.

I ordered a plaque for a grandparents birthday it came with the wrong writing on for personalisation and the writing on the plaque along with the pictures on it were tiny and could barely ready them. It also came weeks after ordering it after paying for delivery. It looked nothing like the picture and when I asked for a refund due to the product being wrong and not worth the money I paid for it after multiple emails saying I was not happy with 10% then 15% then 20% compensation. They emailed and said the best they could do was give me 50% refund so I’ve lost half of my money as I can’t give this as a gift. They were not helpful, understanding or bothered about the issue. Do not buy anything from this website.

I ordered a brown blanket with grandkids names on it for my hubby. It arrived in green. They requested I sent them photos which I did and they said the blanket was brown. I replied and said it was green otherwise o wouldn't be contacting them. Going back and.forth with emails and all they offered was 50% refund eventhou the fault was theirs. Never again would I buy from them.

I ordered my daughter a class ring. I got worried after reading all the reviews, buy I got the ring in a timely fashion. And it's excellent quality! Thank you!

Don’t even think about ordering from this company. Ordered a birthstone bracelet with names on it and when it arrived you would need a magnifying glass to see the names. When I questioned it they offered me a 5% refund. What a joke, please don’t waste your money.

Don’t just don’t. Total scam. They hold your order until you want a refund and then they only give you 70%.

Within a day sends fake shipping info with timelines that don’t make sense, then when it supposedly gets to the U.S., the tracking info doesn’t update for weeks. Scam. Will file a dispute.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They said me order was shipped! Never got it! Went to chat for info. She said if I paid $1 she could send my info to an expert. Tried to do it but my Credit card company denied it! Said it was a scam! Can't get any information from anyone! I am going on FaceBook!

Paid for expedited shipping and received an email stating it had shipped. All that has happened was a regular USPS shipping label was created. They continue to send me the same link with tracking and refuse to acknowledge that they haven’t shipped the item. Filing a dispute with PayPal.

Terrible communication. No reply to queries. Item ordered not yet received. Tracking says it was sent prior to the order date. Not a bad trick if you can do it. Now going to try to get money back!!!!!

Customer service is an absolute shambles!! Never received a confirmation of order email so asked for order number so I could track. Was sent the exact same email about shipping times, which honestly I don't care about and wasn't asking about at the time. They finally provided me with an order number and when I checked it said it was being processed. Then a few days later I checked again and it said there was a delay, please allow a few more days. A whole week has passed so I contacted support once again to be given yet another rubbish response of our processing time plus shipping times etc. Not what I asked at all, I asked how long the delay is as it is needed as a gift for my children to give to their dad.

I have now asked for a refund but honestly not holding my breath.on receiving one which means I am now out of pocket and my children will probably not even have anything to give their dad for his birthday. Disgusting excuses for human beings running this s**t show of a "business"

Sept 28-2023 ordered 4 bags with names/ titles embroidered for friend (candy LVN) and wife (rebecca RN) from myinfinity.com website also myinfinitys also appears to be trading passions limited…

Three separate orders placed.
Did receive first and second order correctly.

BUT, Never received third order- no communications, no tracking, no anything… but they DID take our money!!

As of November 14, 2023.. Have sent seven correspondences to myinfinity.com support (turns out- lack of support) team about last order.

I only receive multiple comments like:
1. Its been shipped….
2. If its damaged, please take pictures (but since we didnt receive… well duhhh.. CANT take pictures..
3, all four bags show received oct 18 and embroidered with name candy and title LVN.
BUT
We did receive candys embroidered LVN - two bags and one of two bags for embroidered rebecca RN.

Took photos of the received…embroidered as Rebecca RN bag and sent it to them to show their error!!

Myinfinity support is not supportive- keeps manipulating facts- shows NO respect or honor in doing what is right!

Ive been forced to turn in a claim against them to the large credit card company i deal with!!

I have read other persons reviews- ratings! Many folks have been treated badly- lost money- cheated out of their money!!!

Wish i had read other folks reviews prior to ordering!! WOULD NOT have ordered from them!!

They show little customer service or honor -respect in doing what is right!!!

Appear through actions and others comments to be validated as scammers!!

Very poor quality for the price charged.
Shipping was also very slow.
Definitely do not recommend.

It’s a scam. Thought I’d get a nice gift for a friend but the item never arrived.
