I have contacted customer service a acouple of times now and they have been very prompt in replying and helpful in responding to me.

I received my first box and I LOVE IT!.I got a sachet with lavender, a beautiful little ceramic bowl which I am using for little candies in my living room. I am trying to keep the Guinness travel mug in my possession but my son keeps taking it from me. The treats are what I buy when I find them and last but not least the beautiful claddagh earrings. I can't wait for my next box. Thank you!!

I love My Ireland Box! I began with a 3 month subscription extending it to 12 months. I look forward to my box each month like I looked forward to Christmas morning as a kid. I like some boxes better than others but none have ever disappointed. Each item is thoughtfully picked to represent Ireland at its best. The customer service is very good. When I've contacted I always receive an informed and prompt reply. That alone is worth so much.

I look forward to getting my Ireland box every month. It is always so full of such little treasures, many of which I have been able to give to my friends who have been thrilled with them. Of course I keep all the snacks and the sweets for myself! I have been a member of my Ireland box for I think about six years now and they never ever disappoint me. If you love Ireland, you would love getting this monthly reminder of it.

I started out with a three month subscription for My Ireland Box. After the fourth month I switched to a twelve month subscription.

I get so excited when I receive a message from Elizabeth that the boxes have been shipped for the month! To receive the box in the mail is like Christmas Morning!

I love the fact that each month has a theme and the special gifts and literature are all related.

I have kept several items for myself, but have shared many with Family members. I truly appreciate all the work and creativity that Katherine and her team put together for us each month!

I just love My Ireland Box! It’s such a treat, when it arrives I get so excited! There is always an interesting mix of seasonal items, and I adore the sweet treats! I have gotten the most beautiful collection including art work, jewelry, linens, and tiny sheep, it’s always a wonderful surprise! This year I am visiting Dingle and Katharine from My Ireland Box, and I am so thrilled.

I can’t say enough about My Ireland Box. Such joy and love fills each and every box. Katherine curates a box filled with Irish traditions. The team that packs each box with love and care are so sweet. They really care and the team that work at the help desk care so much and are always kind and friendly. The My Ireland Box Companion is filled with stories and traditions and such a wonderful gift I am so very thankful that I found out about these spectacular creations. Katherine has created a family and I am so proud to be part of this family. I almost forgot the weekly postcards that Katherine writes and the pictures she sends make you feel so special.

Ok Everyone, I just signed up for a year subscription due to the fantastic reviews I’ve been reading! I’ve been to Ireland twice and it’s in the planning for a third visit but I just had to sign up for this experience of a monthly reminder of what I’ve been craving to get back too!
You all have me so excited for the first arrival!!

Each monthly "My Ireland Box" is getting better and better, In past boxes there was an eyeglass case and in another one there was a card holder with just enough slots for my credit cards and drivers licence. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about My Ireland boxes and their customer service. I have been to Ireland several times and in between trips, the beautiful and varied treasures in the boxes help me feed connected to my heritage. Recently I had one of my boxes returned by the post office. I sent a message to customer service just to let them know. I received a wonderful response. After many emails back and forth and some research on why the box was delivered to the post office in the first place, my customer service representative resolved the issue in a most satisfactory way. I am grateful and pleased with the wonderful service I received.

I couldn't wait for My Ireland Box to be delivered, and the wait was well worth it. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into the box and care taken that it's delivered safely. I loved everything it contained...I was thrilled to pieces with it!!

I love getting my Ireland Box! It helped me through a very tough time when I very ill. I so looked forward to receiving my most wonderful box. It was very uplifting. Now after I’m well I can’t wait to get it just to see my treasure’s. Everything is wonderfully crafted and I have shared with my family. Been a customer for several years and still love receiving I. I love getting a little something every month from MyIreland Box (thus far a total of 6). I wait in anticipation. I've received items to use around the house, to wear, and delicious goodies to eat. I enjoy the My Companion booklet that gives insight to the contents of MyIrelandBox and history of Ireland. I also learn a little Gaelic along the way.

I have received several boxes from MyIrelandBox and I have been very happy with each and everyone. My ancestors are from Ireland, so these boxes give me something that I can see how things are over there. The wool items, the samples of different foods, recipes and the booklets are all wonderful and well.

Have been receiving My Ireland Box for a number of years! Always brightens my day when it arrives.
I lost a wallet from one of the boxes and upon ordering the replacement lo and behold the wallet was found. Reached out to see if it was too late to cancel the order. Jovana from My Ireland Box wrote me back quickly and was able to cancel the order! I’m very impressed with the speed of response and kind reply!

The monthly box gives me a little breath of Ireland when I open the box - its a time to slow down for a few minutes and enjoy the contents. I love reading the books with a cup of tea and sharing the contents of the box with my family
