Ordered $111 dollars worth of charms and 3 bracelets for me, my mom and sister on Dec 3rd for Christmas.
The tracking for this package looks super sus and my order didn't ship out until the 14th. It is now the 27th and the tracking claims that someone tried to deliver it on the 26th at 9pm. Checked my Ring doorbell camera and nobody tried to deliver anything that day.
I will be disputing this charge in hopes of getting my money back since after reading the other posts here it's very clear this company is a total scam.
A few reddit threads claim the seller is a dropshipper from China.
Don't order from myitaliancharms they are a dirty fu*king scammer!

Ordered on Black Friday as a Xmas gift for my daughter. Said 7-10 days shipping. Here we are a few days before Christmas with no package delivered - all is says is that the order has been received. I’ve reached out many times to customer service with no response. Just seeing all these negative reviews now- which id realized they were a scam before!

I ordered multiple charms from this website and never received them. I tried contacting them and never got a reply.

Poor delivery
I order my charms with express delivery it took 6 weeks to arrive meaning I had moved country in that time I tried to cancel my order mutiple times before and they have not responded.

I ordered several charms from this website. Upon receiving, it was clear that these were fakes, meaning that they were made to appear as pictured on their website, but in reality they differed greatly. For example, it appears as though many of the images were printed in some way and pasted onto a plate, which was then pasted onto the link. Many of the charms were even sticky to the touch, and the plates were the images were pasted into were rough around the edges (not pleasant to wear).
I have lodged a complaint and a request for refund with the company, and have yet to receive a reply. I would recommend consumers not purchase anything from this company.

Possibly the worst business I’ve ordered from. I ordered several charms, multiple of which were broken and the rest missing from my order. I contacted them through their email, website, instagram and tik tok to receive my refund or replacement (which they promise with your order), yet I received no reply. This place is unfortunately a scam and should be avoided completely, unless you want to waste your money.

A glitch on the website meant that my entire basket worth over £70 was bought with my Apple Pay without me proceeding to checkout. I instantly emailed to cancel the order explain what had happened. I ended up contacting them three times to which they ignored every single one and eventually my “ order “ was delivered. They have a no returns policy and I had no way of contacting them about the issue which was entirely a fault on their side. After no response, I have lost £70 and am left with a rather low quality piece of jewellery that I never even wanted to purchase. Please don’t risk buying from this brand until they have improved their customer services.

Ordered $100 worth of charms for my daughter last November in hopes it would arrive in time for Christmas and never received our order. I’ve emailed the company numerous times and never received a response. I continue to email the company to no avail. This is a scam!

Very bad customer service. They refunded me the bracelet and are ONLY sending me the charms(what am I meant to do with them), i emailed them multiple times and messaged on the website and they got back to me once and told me the bracelets where out of stock and ignoring most of my email asking them to refund my order.

ordered a bracelet and a few charms toward the end of February and despite shipping times saying 7-14 days, it still us not arrived and it’s almost double that time frame. Once I could track it I saw they ship from China so I expected a bit longer but double the estimated time is so annoying. I also emailed them to ask for a new estimated arrival and the customer service literally just said ‘it should come soon’…thanks

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were not sent the spacing tool that you need to use to prise open the bracelet, to insert the charms. I have emailed the company about 10 times. I received a reply once, asking me to describe the problem - and I explained - and got no response. When I followed up again I received a rude email back saying "I asked you before to tell me what the problem was" - which I did, again! Then no response. I've emailed several times since - no reply.
So basically we wasted our money because we cannot put the charms we bought into the bracelet without the necessary spacing tool.

This is one company to avoid at all costs if you:
a) want your order to turn up in the advertised time frame
b) want the correct order to turn up
c) want any form of customer service when there are problems.
Ordered for a present, order took more than 3 x the quoted time to be delivered and when it arrived the order was wrong - its like they just throw what they want in the postage envelope and hope for the best.
I emailed them three times to work out returning the incorrect items and receive the correct items and they ignored all emails. You cant return anything unless they approve the return so this is just a fraudulent company.
What is disappointing is that they have such positive reviews on their page which I found out is because they delete the negative ones very quickly.
I ended up contacting my banking institution to initiate a refund which has happened.

I ordered a charm bracelet from CHARMS for my daughter for Christmas and never received it. They sent me an email saying they issued a refund but I never received the refund either. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times and they never reply back. This is worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I ordered and paid 4 charms and a bracelet Nov 2023, not only did it not arrive within promised 7-24 days, in time for Christmas it arrived end January, but the package did not contain the bracelet. I havecwritten several times requesting bracelet but they ignored my emails. Awful company - found out this is not unusual for them.

I ordered 19 charms from myitialiancharms and I received them all!

I saw some good and some bad reviews about myitaliancharms, so I doubted to order on this site . But I took the risk and I am really satisfied with the bracelet!

Shipping times are clearly stated on their website, my package arrived within approximately 3 weeks. Their site also states how long it takes before you receive a track & trace code, I received this within a week as indicated.
The package was well packaged and all the charms I ordered were in it! The charms look just like the pictures on their site. I also got the tool for connecting the charms together in my package.

In conclusion, my experience with myitaliancharms was great!

Ordered a bracelet and charms on 13th December, money was taken from my account on that day. Order has still not shipped and I’ve had no reply to my various emails.

Made an order, money was taken and order confirmation sent, but have not received any shipping details, have emailed them on their app and off the back of my order confirmation and never had any response. This was begging of December as was meant as a present, but have received nothing, not good, no response.

*** Order turned up eventually beginning of January ***

They refunded one charm which was out of stock but didn’t give me an opportunity to choose another instead. Then when the order arrived they’d sent the wrong charm. I have sent emails and used their contact form on their website but had no response whatsoever. Avoid!!!

product hasn’t arrived a week after it says it is meant to. also had to pay a large customs amount which was more than the sum of my order and wasnt advertised on their website that this would be an issue
