The life coach to see when things go south
I came to Bryan after I ended my relationship and was also going through an existential crisis and depression. He helped me reconstruct my worldview, and guided me through the pain of the breakup.
He gave me the tools that I needed to cope with the pain and turn it into something that I could learn from, and use it to learn from and grow. He helped me work through painful memories and experiences, and helped me discover "the why" behind why I felt the way I felt and what might have driven my ex to do what she did.
With my existential crisis, he helped me regain my footing, and walked me through the things that I could pursue to have meaning in my life again. The questions he asked me made me think about what I really value in life, and how I need to reorient myself to have a meaningful life. He guided me from a very dark place to where I'm at today.
Bryan has a very calming presence and he is an excellent listener, definitely one of the best I've ever met. He also has really good insights; sometimes I feel like he knows exactly what I'm thinking and he does just enough prodding at just the right time to make me really dig deep and take that next step. I feel safe talking to Bryan; I know he'll hear me out and will do his best to figure out what's going on. I've also never felt any judgment from him. These things helped me build up a very solid trust in him.
Without Bryan, I would not be where I am today. He has helped me tremendously and I'm extremely thankful for all the time and help he gave me.
