Delay delay delay
This firm are acting for the buyers of our property. Theyconfirmed last Friday that they had mortgage offer, searches and replies to so enquiries. The next step is for them to review the replies and report to their client and send documents for signature. They updated the estate agents today that they have done nothing since last week and have no timescale for the file to be progressed. We should be nearing completion but tee seem to have no interest in moving ahead. There are much better conveyancers around

Poor communication and slow process
Straightforward Sale of a cash sale without even searches, dragged unnecessarily too long.
Poor communication. No response to any of my queries.
Myself and the vendor solicitors kept pushing for completion with little response from MLM solicitors.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend MLM solicitors

Good support once the right people became involved
There were some communication issues at the beginning of my purchase, and at times it was difficult to get clear updates or understand what was happening with the conveyancing process.
However, once Abraham and Dalvinder became more directly involved, the communication improved significantly. Dalvinder in particular was very helpful, responsive and willing to explain things clearly when I had questions or concerns. Abraham also helped move the matter forward and dealt with some of the more complicated points that came up before exchange and completion.
Overall, the experience improved a lot as the transaction progressed, and I appreciated the support from both of them in getting the purchase through to completion.

Very awful experience
Very awful experience, our mortgage offer is about to expire in 1.5 weeks and still waiting, we chased every day and every time we got an answer is that the solicitor has raised further questions. and that it will take 5-7 days for her to review the file knowing the urgency. We tried to be patience but we are not at the frustration point
