Damaged. Insufficient quality checks
Current dealing with customer services.
Frame arrived damaged from the manufacturing process … quality checks in place should have been sufficient to pick this up.
Have to now package it up and arrange for it to be sent bs k… all taking time which I do not have .
I di not understand why my time is impacted by having to send it back when they have the manufacturing code and photos. Just a painful experience

Im sorry to hear there was an issue with your frame and the inconvenience that this has caused. The frames come sealed in their packaging from the factory so it not possible to inspect before we ship them to the end customer. There are QA procedures in place at the factory and this is exactly why we need your frame back so we can investigate what went wrong. For all returns we cover the shipping and in the rare instance there is an issue we will offer a full refund or an exchange free of charge.

First and last purchase
I bought four frames and literally the day after they emailed me a 25% voucher as part of Black Friday. I asked politely if I could get the discount applied to my existing order, I was told it was not possible and offered a new discount for a new frame. Rather frustrated, have not even looked at the frames yet but the customer service is rather rigid. Very disappointing.

I believe you had also used a 10% discount code on your order so we would be unable to apply anther discount code to the same order. We offered to honour the discount on a future purchase. I'm sorry if you feel this is too rigid.

Definitely worth it
I originally bought one for my daughter, who’s id now almost full up! This one we bought for my son. He loves seeing his pictures framed and I love looking at how his artwork is changing. My children are only small but I can see us buying more of these as I cannot begin to explain how proud I am of them and this is just another way to fill our house with things of them. Definitely recommend to anyone.
