Beautiful journals, great customer service
Went above and beyond after DHL had lost/misplaced the order. I never felt like I was going to be left without the items. Original order ended up coming through after about a month but the offer to replace was greatly appreciated. Journals themselves are beautiful and exactly as pictured. Well worth it.

Very beautiful and well made stationary, the stickers are matte and feel like real whimsical watercolours in your notebook, everything arrived quite quickly and was beautifully packaged.

J’ai tjs rêvé d’acheter un de vos carnets tant ils sont beaux et désirables. Voilà chose faite pour mon plus grand plaisir créatif. Le papier est bien épais et les dorures sur la couverture sont magnifiques.

Amazing experience
The ordering process was smooth, website is stunning and easy to navigate. After ordering I received confirmation quickly. Only down point was the tracking website was all in French so I had to translate the different stages when checking but overall good experience

Come sai, abbiamo monitorato la tua spedizione quotidianamente, inviandoti persino le foto del pacco per rassicurarti. Purtroppo, i corrieri riscontrano sistematicamente difficoltà nel localizzare il tuo indirizzo, un fattore che sfugge al nostro controllo di piccoli artigiani. Abbiamo sempre trovato soluzioni (rimborsi o rinvii) in passato, e avremmo apprezzato una comunicazione diretta prima di un feedback così penalizzante. Ti contatteremo via email per risolvere questa situazione un'ultima volta.
