Mint Bin is a trash bin cleaning…
Mint Bin is a trash bin cleaning service in Las Vegas. I contracted with them to clean my trash & recycling bins and paid $81.27 July 28, 2026 on their website--This was $75.00 plus tax. Ava, is the Accounting Manager and she was so nice and charming that I made the appt. without checking reviews first. I am 83 yo, handicapped and recent widow. My husband would have normally handled this and would have done it properly!! Today, OCTOBER 2, 2026, my credit card was charged $27.09, I asked for explanation and told it was monthly fee but I made it very clear I was making an appt. FOR A ONE TIME CLEANING ONLY. She even acknowledged that in an email-apologized but refused a refund!! She gave me wrong information-said I would get text telling me when crew would be showing up and another text when job was completed--I GOT NO TEXTS!! All other information she gave me was either wrong or incomplete. A TOTAL RIP OFF and they now have my credit card #. Save yourself the grief and take your business elsewhere, they can not be trusted.
