Wonderful, caring people

I am very happy with the e-book. I have stuggled with Fibromyalgia since I was 14 years old. I'm 50 now and was only diagnosed when I was 48. The information is so accurate and relatable. I found myself saying "YES, ME TOO" to so many examples. The resource links that are provided within the book are excellent. I have not seen an e-book with so much helpful information. Being diagnosed is scary and this is an excellent book for anyone with Fibro. Thank you to the writers for putting it all in one place!

Good information about fibromyalgia I have still not read all of it yet.

I have had a look at this book, quickly browsed it and I can tell you one thing: I wish I had been given this book when I had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year. I would have had less confusion, stress and overthinking because it explains quite well symptoms, why it happens, how to deal with it, how to educate family and friends about fibromyalgia. I think people who prepared this book did it from personal experience, took time to research, put quite an effort, time to gather all in one place.

I am not a medical professional but I think this book should be given to every patient (and listed on Amazon) that had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia because it explains a lot of symptoms very well, lists many things, answer question fibromyalgians/spooners might have, reduces confusion, stress. Also, there are recipes which look delicious (haven`t tried any yet but definitely will) since with fibromyalgia you might think you will have compromise on taste. In addition, I can understand that not all that has been written in the book (food and etc.) might work for everyone because we all are different however, it might be worth to try to read, and explore it.

P.S. Maybe more of inspirational recipes, tips and tricks to share on Facebook group or separate section on the same Facebook group for recipes sharing so everyone could try :)

This is an absolutely amazing ebook, the contents cover every aspect of this condition . Not only informative but also reassuring by validating the symptoms experienced. I also find it a comfort to realise I am not alone and is a source of support for me on the bad days . Huge thank you to the authors for all the information and research carried out.
