I cannot give less than one star, as I would do.
I have never seen such a scam , organised by such a famous person like John Assaraf , in personal development!
The money just left my account without any email confirmation , nor the product I have payed for ! This is disgusting !

I purchase Myneurogym a month ago and after 30 days due to change of personal circumstances, I needed to make refund for a programme and maybe comeback later as it is really a lot of good things to learn on their platform.
And after reading a lot of negative reviews on this site I thought my money is gone.
Nevertheless, I stayed positive, said thank you Universe for giving me my refund and presto, refund arrived 2 days later into my bank account.
So thank you very much to Neurogym team for your understanding and refund, muchly appreciated

P.S. Unfortunately Trustpilot does not have option to attach the proof otherwise, I would do with pleasure

The mindset/meditation stuff was ok for consistency/motivation but even with the other things(some of which had useful tidbits of info) that were included it wasn't worth the price I paid which was more than $1000 because of exchange rate. I'm also still not a millionaire. Really, look for a community trying to achieve goals that are the same or more closely related to what you want to achieve, accomplish or create and it will probably be more beneficial than this program and not even a fraction of the cost.

STAY AWAY!!! While watching the Brainathon session I asked a question that was in a positive manner formulated and instantly I got a DM with an answer and link to the payment page. Then I sent the link to the Trustpilot and asked how do they address the negative reviews that are here and immediately I was kicked out from the session!!!! HAHAHAH that's how they deal with honest and genuine feedback! Gosh.. this also shows how credible are all the people who appear in his 6h pitch and give any credibility to his programme... pure sham..

This is 6 hours..... Recorded session that they say is live!!! So that you buy it!! Nobody has all this time to follow the session all through... People work people have a family... They should warn the time this is!!!! I don't want anything to do with you!!! Because it's so deceiving the session is really interesting but they keep it hours and hours and hours to see if people buy it....they really got me in trouble....

Why don't they do a Brainathon(session for you to buy) more short?! Or why don't they warn people about the hours it is?! Or release the schedule of the guests...?! Or why don't they keep it accessible to have the recorded brainathon to see after?! Knowing this is a recorded edited session... My wife just wants to file a divorce for me being here all this time.... Really necessary?!

Company is disreputable and operates without integrity. Customer service is literally non-existent. They will send you automated emails saying they will get back to you within 24 hrs--not true- they do not respond to you. The terms and conditions say you can call to cancel. They never give a phone number anywhere! Found a number through Google- does not work. Had an appointment with a customer service rep to call me. Wasted my time waiting for the call that never came. Online chat never has anyone to answer your questions. I did not expect this from John. Company is totally dishonest- They make promises they do not fulfill. Could never log in on my computer and needed it straightened out. I did not sign up for a program that i could not use. Wasted hours over 2 days trying to get in touch with them. Am calling my credit card company- hope I can dispute the charge. Sincerely hope this review will prevent others from doing business with them.

I purchase a live event but it was recorded!!! he was addressing people that were not in chat. when I talked about this they just kick me out of the event! This is tricking people, it's not honest or serious. shame on unethical people

After signing up, I realized it wasn't what I was expecting. First, I contacted Kristen McMahon, the national customer service manager and clearly explained my position. She is the reason for the extra star because she was pleasant and encouraging. She also assured me that she would gladly refund my money if I maintained my position. However, as soon as I requested my money back under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, it became a circus. Not only did she not refund my money, she had a different person email me with 20 questions about why I love the program, why I joined, etc! In addition, they required me to talk to a 3rd person, under the pretense of avoiding fraud! All BS! They just don't want to honor their guarantee. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware!!!

Like the other reviewers, I joined for "payments," but they deducted the entire amount from my bank. I contacted support. No response. I was promised I would be "innercising today," but they provided no directions on how to begin today. I went to their website It doesn't recognize me. I contacted support. No response. I have resigned myself to the conclusion that I have been spammed. Shame on you and all your lies, John.

Stay away looking for valuable people only shame on you John do some work rather then praying on people

I watched the Brainathon and went to the link to purchase the program. The presenters, John Asaraf, Lisa Nichols, etc. are reputable. The website offered a PayPal 6-month payment option, which I selected. I was immediately charged the full amount on Monday 9/26/22. I never received access to the portal or the product, but continued to receive marketing for NeuroGym. So I sent them an email - the only way to reach NeuroGym. They sent an auto-response that thanked me for my email and promised they would get back to me in two days. I have not heard from them or received my product. I will request a refund. I'm super disappointed. But I would not trust them with my money if you have not sent them anything, don't. I'll report back as things progress.

I joined Neurogym after I watched their inspiring event the Brainathon. I am towards the start of my education but I am writing a review because my experience of the content of the course and the skills and knowledge I am already receiving and applying is fantastic. The experience I have had of communicating with the staff has also been exceptional. John Assaraf who is the face of Neurogym and the educational content is warm, hugely inspirational. Neurogym is a highly inspirational community and a team dedicated to help you achieve your dreams. I highly recommend.
