No communication

I used this for years without issues, but the policy change has put me in a financially shit position. Even if I have access to 300 a week I took out 50 to get by I was locked out of the 250 and now have to scrape by to feed my family. I’m a one income household struggling.

Company is being used in UK to take unauthorized/illegal debits from bank accounts.

Found a pending payment for £290 from this company. Never heard or dealt with them until this time. Please be aware!

I'm not suggesting this company is aware or involved, but it happened irrespective.

Such a joke. They don't promise what they say.

Liars... For the longest time they used to explicitly advertise *no hidden fees* *flat 5%* well that's a blatant lie. Even right now you go on Google and it still says no hidden fees. Then I check the statement and now it says you pay 5% PLUS 24% interest.... Such a slimey, underhanded thing to do, and with no warning.

I’ve used MyPayNow for a few months and it’s an excellent service. They are really responsive, and very ethical. With needing access to funds before my pay for a few life circumstances it’s been so helpful, also knowing my details is safe coupled with their customer service, I can highly vouch/recommend them, they have been excellent for me.

MyPayNow are an amazing company.
I wasn't able to work due to illness and had to postpone my scheduled repayment. Maggie who helped me was incredibly understanding and supportive and changed my repayment date with no questions asked.

Really like this app so far, I only use it if short on cash one week and you can split the payments which i love that idea so you don't owe it all upfront! So far so good!

Helped me when I was hit with an unexpected medical expense after just getting my car on the road + rego, I was quite stressed out and MyPayNow assisted my situation immensely in no time I had received the money.

Also a time I couldn’t make the payment back in one full repayment, with only emailing the team who were extremely generous and considered my predicament as if they were experiencing it themselves, set me up a payment plan and I was able to pay it back in comfortable increments with no hassles.

Mypaynow are exceptional to deal with.Their customer service is 2nd to none.They offer affordable advanced and flexible repayments up to 4 pay cycles at a small very reasonable fee. They have helped me out of a tight spot on several occasions. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Easy to use interface and quick cash payout, the best benefit is that they advance up to 25% of your pay so you don’t stretch or overcommit yourself. Handy if needed.
