Never received my order, no response to my many emails. Requested a charge back via my bank, which was honoured, now this chick has the audacity to challenge it! You’re a thief.

I went months without receiving my package to not even get what I paid for I ordered 28 boric acid capsules and only got 14 I also bought it as a deal to come with 7 wap capsules for £50 and I never received it, the customer service was not good I got ignored completely the absolute worst for customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered from this site before recommended by a friend and had no issues this was over a year ago. This last order has been hell. Never received my purchased, tried every possible way to contact the company and couldn’t get through was getting automated voicemails saying the numbers been blocked or no longer in use etc seems like a scam DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY!

I didn’t receive my full order. Tried to get in touch several times about it but heard nothing back.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago which to this day I have not received not only was my money taken there was no communication whatsoever I have tried to contact them multiple times but there was no response if there was a 0 star I really would give it to them

I previously used this company twice with no issues - the product was perfect and worked. It arrived in good time. However I placed an order in September and have still not received it, I have emailed consistently, messaged the chat and tried to call - but the number isn’t in use anymore. How can you take people’s money and not send the goods or at least respond? I paid £25 for something that hasn’t been received. Has this company gone bust?

I am emailing you back again I am definitely disappointed and upset to how you have treated me with no response back about my order which I placed on 29th May 2023. I have been patience it's over 2 weeks ago I placed order with paying extra for priority delivery which I should of received my order in 2/3days when I 1st placed my order. To be honest I can't believe I am still waiting to receive my order. It just says my order is placed when you look at track your order. I just want my full refund asap..

I have never had an issue with myperfectpuss until now. My order was due between the 25th-30th May. I have sent a few WhatsApp messages and an email, but no reply. I have raised a dispute with my bank as I am not willing to wait.

I ordered and paid £25 for BVbuster on the 17th May2023 and still not received my order, I have now emailed the Company four times asking nicely for a update on my order, I have had no response to any of my emails, the only contact this Company have made is on the day of purchase thanking me for my order and payment! I have asked them for a refund but of course no response. I understand there can be delays in products and if this is the case for goodness sake notify customers at least respond to their emails! they are quite happy to take your money I feel angry I have been duped into buying a product that I thought would give me some relief of BV is this actually a legitimate Company? wish I had read Trustpilot reviews first!

My order arrived damaged and unusable. I have contacted my perfect puss by email and social media on numerous occasions to resolve the issue and they have failed to respond.
Do not trust this website/seller.

I ordered the wap pill I didn’t know I needed it till I brought it and I have sex with my man and it was amazing nearly ended up pregnant so don’t walk run and get the pill now

I have ordered those products twice and both times they arrived quickly. I don't udnerstand some of the negative comments below, because as soon as you place the order, you receive a confirmation and then updates on when it is arriving and royal mail tracking number. These are great products and they literally do what it says on the tin. Highly recommend. this company provides products that you won't find anywhere else!!!

This product really works and it’s the honest truth.I have used canesten before and this works way better for me honestly..I noticed a change on my first use makes your private really fresh.I will definitely buy this product again it works wonders.I highly recommend this product

Good products, terrible customer service.

I’ve ordered from this company 3 times and every single time I have to chase my order. It’s either best case- really slow delivery or it’s no delivery or missing products.

They never send email confirmations or contact customers if needed.

The most recent order with them was in January and I paid for a product bundle, it arrived 2 weeks later missing 2 products. I tried their customer service email to which it told me that email didn’t exist. I finally managed to contact them on WhatsApp on 24th Jan to which they replied:

“Hey hun, sorry to hear that you only received part of your order. I checked with HQ and they have advised that the processing times for soap and bath soak is 21 days from order date as they are handmade.

If you do not wish to wait we completely understand and will issue you a partial refund x”

I told them I’d wait as I did want the other 2 products but would be helpful for them to let customers know.

Have I received my 2 missing products yet? .. No, I haven’t, furthermore I’ve contacted them twice since then asking to just give me a refund because were now 6 weeks on and no contact from them.

Do not use this company.

Very bad communication and i orded over 1 month ago and still has not recived it, when i asked for a refound they stop replying… very sad about it. It was needed before my vacation.

I got the boric acid suppositories and they work like magic ! They helped balance my PH and made me feel super fresh down there, would definitely recommend.

My order was wrong, I paid for a larger volume and they sent the smaller cheaper pack. Mistakes can happen and this is fine but I sent an email to them over 1.5 weeks ago and no communication from customer services. The company would do well to acknowledge the email and at least provide a timeline to work on the issue. When there is silence, it doesn’t do much to give the customer faith in the company. I would change your policy and at least send an email to show you will deal with it when you can.

My item was expected to come within 2 weeks, didn’t hear back, contacted them multiple times to no response, item never came.
