false advertisement, i work out regularly did not noticed any changes, over priced, don't buy it, there other product more efficient and quality without the lies..in other to achieve muscle mass....you have to eat a healthy diet and do weights, sad that you have lie to sell a product

In my fitness journey I have read the various opinions on the benefits of protein shakes but did not commit to a regimen. However, my experience and outcome with the High Impact shake is positive. I have better energy in the morning and throughout the day. It has impacted my cravings as well. I highly recommend!

Product arrives quickly. Feeling great! I have more energy and quicker muscle recovery after my rowing classes! No bloating or feeling heavy after drinking the Plant based protein. I add it to my unsweetened almond milk and a few ice cubes and blend!

Waste of money.
Besides it being overpriced, it taste terrible. It leaves a chalky, weird feeling in my mouth everytime I take a drink. I even added it to my coffee to see if that would help.... It didn't. It also doesn't blend so there are just chunks floating in my drink. This is the whey vanilla protein powder.

Excellent product! Feel better physically and mentally. An excellent addition to my workout and healthy eating program.

Over the last year, I have been experiencing siatica pain. I do decompression therapy which helped. I am always in the gym, need two knee replacements and a hip replaced. Anyway, this July my vertebrae slipped slipped into my spinal cord. I was basically paralyzed for almost a month. I was told I needed spinal surgery a hip and both knees replaced and that my body looked like an 80 year old's body in my scans, and I am only 49.
I listened to your story and along with chiropractic and physical therapy I was working to get mobility back without surgery. I had no feeling in my right leg and could not feel my right foot. My toes were bent and all the way to the right (like a bad bunion) and I could not move them. I lost the ability to stand on my leg let alone just walk up a flight of stairs.
3 weeks of using your protein, one night while laying in bed, I felt a weird sensation in my right leg and the normal pain I felt was no longer. It was duller.. as the night went on, my foot started tingling, the sensation you have when your foot falls asleep, this feeling became more promanent as the night went on and by morning I had feeling in my foot and leg again. My toes straightened out. I am giving credit to your protein for this, the timing was crazy to me. I am once again in the gym working out still with a trainer and cautiously as I never did have surgery, but building strength everyday.
I take your protein when I first wake before I go the gym at 5AM and I take another shake immediately after my workout. That is it. I have been wanting to write you for some time because I got my life back.
