Modules not compatible with PrestaShop 8, terrible customer service, they never respond.

Tengo varios módulos de Mypresta, hay uno que para mí es insustituíble "CombinationsPro" y Vekia había sido muy atento, pero yo creo que últimamente ha abandonado su negocio. No contesta, compré el módulo Sliding side cart que no me sirve y quiero la devolución de mi dinero, pero es imposible obtener una respuesta.

Like many other reviews on here, I had a bad experience with this company. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The module I bought from them doesn't work, plus it caused problems on my shop and the developers completely ignored multiple emails. Don't give this shop your money.

Je confirme que le vendeur ne répond plus depuis longtemps. Et les modules ne marchent pas. A se demander si la société existe encore à part pour prendre des commandes.

Acquistato un modulo di prestashop. Totale assenza di documentazione, alla richiesta di aiuto, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Provato a chiedere un rimborso, ma sembrano davvero non esistere, a parte il risponditore automatico. Ora ho aperto una contestazione tramite la società che ha emesso la mia carta. Staremo a vedere.

Compré un módulo que no funciona y nada de asistencia técnica. La página sigue operativa pero no solo para cobrar.
Ni te dan soporte, ni factura, ni nada de nada.
Una estafa total.
No compréis nada en esta web.

Be careful! I used their URL cleaner module... terrible. It doesn't work and no refund or support.

It worked well a few years ago.
Now it's a disaster. There's no support, no contact of any kind. Don't waste your money.

This site sells outdated Prestashop modules and offers no support whatsoever.

Abbiamo acquistato il modulo "Minimal product quantity - module documentation", purtroppo non funziona, la documentazione non è delle migliori, un po' sbrigativa e superficiale. Abbiamo contattato l'assistenza e dopo un paio di risposte generiche sono scomparsi. Plugin acquistato il 24/02/25. Abbiamo anche chiesto il rimborso qualche giorno fa, ma ancora nessuna notizia o risposta. Non compreremo più nulla da loro.

Købte et modul "Rewards - Voucher codes after orders", men efter installering skulle det oversættes til Dansk.... Her gik det helt galt - nu kan man ikke mere anvende denne funktion i webshoppen og der er ingen support at hente. Bad om at få pengene retur - ingen respons. Tidligere et godt sted at handle men ikke mere.

Vekia, además de ser una persona esencial en los foros de PrestaShop, es un grandísimo programador. Tengo muchísimos módulos de su web comprados y funcionan perfectamente bien.
Además, los precios son muchísimo más baratos que los módulos del marketplace de PrestaShop.
Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Assistenza inesistente. Mandate tre email. La prima volta risponde, alle altre non si fa più sentire. Pagato plugin inutilmente. Non consigliato

Worst page ever. Don´t buy. You will pay him and he will keep your money even if the module does not work.
