I used to buy lots of products from this company but the service quality declined drastically in the last months and now I do not recommend it to anyone.
All of my last six orderes were cancelled without explanations and my whole account was deleted. I tried contacting their support via chat but they are worse than useless. They don't have any info about their products other than publicly available through their website and they can only forward my questions to other teams which are supposed to email me with an answer in 3-5 working days. If it's an urgent matter I only need to wait 48 hours! This is ridiculous!
Which is worse, they never get back with those answers. I contacted them around 10 times in the last month, was promised emails with answers but never received any. The chat can only say that they are sorry but no apologies no promocodes or discounts, nothing to not let a frustrated client go away.

The guy gives great support, highly recommended!!!

First, I would like to say the products are great.

Problem is: the support is so bad (like seriously the worst I have ever seen) its not worth ordering from them. My black Friday parcels had "kill to Israel" written on them and I'm not even joking.

I had a major problem with my last 2 orders and was promised to get the same orders for the same price as black Friday sale anytime i would like.

Sounds easy right? well, leave it to Myprotein to make it super hard for me to:
1) place another order... (because hey, sending a coupon code so that i can make a discounted order like promised is too much work)
2) make the refund, they have found some loophole in the order (which i asked if its fine before ordering) and claimed it's not valid only AFTER ordering.)
3) because of points 1 and 2 I have spent over 810 NIS (!) for two orders that should have cost around 460 NIS. (will i ever get the promised refund? who knows)

And the cherry on top: they never answer questions. So you need to open 5 tickets just to get a simple reply.

Basically, their support is uncoordinated and is hard to use on purpose. I got no other explanation.

DO NOT ORDER!

EDIT: so now, even after contacting me, and even after they promised they will refund me, they refuse to do so.

I referred my friend by sending him my referral URL. He used it. I never got my 50nis credit. After repeated messages to them via their website's chat and via their Messenger, they kept saying my friend never used my referral link. But even with me providing them with my friend's order ID and that he ordered the same was what I always order and I'm a repeat customer, they would not take this as evidence and provide the 50nis credit, which I would then use to buy more protein from them! Terrible Customer Service!

My friend eventually discovered that since they offer 25% off most of their products using an offer-code AND my link provided an extra offer-code, that you cannot combine offer-codes so mine was removed. This means that referring customers only rewards MyProtein and not the referrer! This is unethical! Do not refer anyone to this company!

After 20 days, still waiting for the order! At least MENTION on your website that YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCTS IN ISRAEL and that it takes WEEKS to arrive here from UK!!!
Joke company!

I've been a customer of MyProtein for quite a while, and am very satisfied with the products I ordered from them.

However, their customer support & service, on the other hand is quite appalling! Much like other reviewers here, I took advantage of the large discounts MyProtein provided on Black Friday, and placed several orders, yet one order failed to dispatch for almost 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks, I repeatedly asked the staff about my order status and was told it will be delivered to me.

Then, after 3 weeks I was contacted by a representative who told me there was an issue with my order and whether I want a refund, or a replacement. I replied that I wanted a replacement (which hopefully can be sent to me in expedited shipping to cover the lost time).

Then, yet another representative reached out to me and asked me the very same question, a day after.

This experience is quite frustrating and it is a shame that a company with such high quality leaves such a disappointing customer experience.

Finally, if any MyProtein employee is reading this and would like to follow up, I am referring to order number 358195729.

Matt, thank you for getting back to me. I do not use social media, and thus cannot connect with you over that. However, I did try to contact MyProtein via my account multiple times, only to get frustrating, unhelpful replies.

I appreciate your willingness to help resolve this issue and if you can provide a way to contact you directly, I will gladly do so. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

I've ordered from them in black friday, with a huge discount, and after weeks with no update on tracking, just that the tracking was allocated, it got reported in another county.
I've contacted them, never got an answer, they canceled the order and now forcing me to buy at normal prices after spamming my email about the black friday discount.
SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been a customer for over a year now but over the last month they keep on canceling my orders and deleting my account as if it was never there and the order was never placed.
I tried contacting them but every time they delete my account and the message with it.

it's funny that if you order above 250 NIS there is a tex, and if you order below 230 NIS there is a shipping cost.
