Impressed by Both the Product and Customer Care
I am very satisfied with the Purahome water filter unit. I used it for about six months when the main unit started leaking, so I contacted customer service. Marinel responded promptly and clearly, and the unit was replaced with a new one, allowing me to use it again without any issues. I sincerely appreciate the friendly service and the quick, effective response. This experience has reinforced my trust in both the product and the company.

Avoid buying the product unless you're sure it will fit your tap
Avoid buying the product. They advertise a 30 day return but will keep on asking for things, videos etc.
The filter would leak and they keep on insisting that you have to screw the adaptor further when there are no rings left.
Further update:
My return has finally been processed and the company followed up to assuage my concerns. The product didn't work for me but I hope it works for others. This changing from 1 to 3 stars.

Transformed my families health
I’m a father of 4 and PuraHome honestly changed my families life. We were all suffering from poor digestion and thought it was the food. I was very happy with this product. Growing up in the country with the luxury of drinking tank water the taste was nostalgic and so pure. I found the process of installation and usage very simple. Thanks for delivering such a great product!

I couldn’t believe what a great product…
I couldn’t believe what a great product this is. I feel so safe knowing me, my children and family are safe from the dangerous chemicals in our drinking water. I can’t wait to get more filters for my whole home.

Drinking clean water is a must
This is a great product.Much easier than the water jugs as I have a small kitchen with limited bench space so on the tap works for me.
I have just signed up for the subscription plan to get filters sent every 6 months as the filters are where the high cost comes in.
The support response when I had a query was very prompt and helpful.
The only thing that I would critique is that the site is a bit hard to navigate and is a bit busy aesthetically.But I’m a less is more sort of person.
