I have been shopping at MyPure for over 15 years and I have always found their customer service to be amazing. They have a wide range of products and my orders always only take a few days to arrive. If on the odd occasion there is an issue with the order they put it right quickly and without fuss. They are one of the few companies that still believes in the ‘customer is always right’. I cannot fault them and will always be a loyal customer.

Having bought from MyPure several times, I find they have a great selection of really nice, eco- and skin-friendly brands at a good price point. Oh, and they have a very generous sample policy!

I love that I can buy more natural products here at a reasonable price. Delivery is always very fast and postage is free over £30. Packaging is not excessive and always recyclable/compostable. I love being able to choose 5 free samples with every order. Always an excellent service from this company, I have been ordering my sunscreen from them for a while now and there have never been any problems.
