Great products at great prices. Good luck finding better budget too.

Nothing but solid experience from me. Everything I received from them was excellent. They threw in a free cookie one time but I did not eat it; however, I appreciate the effort and the quality of what I did order. Shipping could be better (wish I didn't need to pay extra in order to get a shipment in 7 days) but everything else has been awesome.

Everything was fresh and phenomenal! My Go-To for online vendors! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED

I have been ordering from Puffy myqwin for a year now. Always pulling through even this one time when there was a mistake.

Great product. Shipping slower than I would like at times. But overall happy shopping w them.

Always get what I paid for, and sometimes bonus. US branch usually makes things right quickly.

I ordered something back on September 25th. I still have not received anything. All I get from them is an email saying I have not responded to an email I never got so my ticket is closed. This has happened 3 times. I will never recommend this company to anyone they are a rip off.

Had an issue with shipping but MyQwin took care of it finally, so I'm reflecting this in the updated review appropriately . Package I got was fire.so no complaints there. I hate it took so long and the back and forth but it's resolved. As others say pay for priority or place and not expect so soon for better results. I'm not patient so that's why I was here. Thanks for fixing myqwin.

I am a store owner in Europe. Our last cookie order through puffy Europe has been a terrible experience. First it has been misrouted to Tennessee. After a month it arrived and all of the cookies are melted and crushed. I received a bunch of wet breadcrumbs I can not sell.

In the entire month we waited for the shipment NOBODY answered one single call, nor one single email ( note I called all numbers I could find and wrote to all emails I could find, the phone listed on their invoices doesn’t even exist anymore)

The minimum I expect is a partial refund and some apologies. This is a most unprofessional and cowardly way of doing business.

The products are good but their European branch is comprised of a bunch of unprepared and unprofessional staff.

By the way Joffrey is the sales guy who was assigned to us and he sees our messages on WhatsApp but does not answer them just as he doesn’t answer our calls.

Get back to us.

The people complaining are legit. Bought 2 oz of flower 13 days ago. No shipping info sent. I contact them still no shipping info sent. Horrible customer service basically you'll get it when you get it. First & last time dealing with these clowns. Called bank & reversed charges.

I got charged the full amount yet didn’t receive any confirmation then once i refreshed my orders page it said my order failed yet they took the money out of my card. I then contacted their support and they said they didn’t charge me yet I showed them the proof.

Never really had a problem here. Was late shipping but not a totally big deal. Ordered a bunch of times. Id say I'm a satisfied customer 😊. Matter fact just made another one lol Thank you

worst shopping experience
ive ordered 3 times and 2 of three times i never even received my package. horrible customer service very late responses and passive aggressive staff, they started marking my orders as fraud and not sending them since i made my first complaint now i have to wait for my money back for the 2nd time. litteraly shop anywhere else! dont get tricked by their 50$ ounces they are 50$ for a reason. they dont even have a real customer support number
the number on their site is incomplete. overall scam i just pray i get my refund

Order the 16th for $285 got a tracking number and confirmation which was weird but due to global glitch I assumed that was the problem. Now the 25th I get an email they cannot fulfill my order. Cannot wait to see how long it will take to get my refund. I emailed several times worst customer service ever.

I would give no stars but I have to give 1 to review. I ordered an ounce of flower and they canceled my order instantly yet charged my card. I had to contact my credit card company to report as fraud. Their site does not have a legit customer service number and they do not respond to chat, nor contact us messages. I would not recommend doing business with them. They are a scam.

He sprays his flower please please please don’t buy. If you need to test for yourself look at the numbers they are that low for a reason… I was a regular of theirs who would’ve raved about them as a company but have recently been getting sick as a result of their products. Took it to a friend who works at a lab and yup 6 different strains all sprayed with fake terps. Place an order and see who you give your money too it comes up a marketing company and wow is that the only thing they’re good at.

I tried to make an order but when I submitted it I didn’t get a confirmation or anything even though my card was charged. I contacted customer support incase this was an accident and they replied with a copy paste response once and then never again.
Definitely avoid

Very good website bought some thc-o syrup from them for the 3rd time. They have delta 9 syrup too for the lightweights
