I like the red run clothing it’s great…
I like the red run clothing it’s great quality, a bit pricey for what it is but I suppose it’s the branding we pay for. The returns policy is just ridiculous for this day and age, you need a printer to return, it’s only 14 days return window after that it’s store credit only and navigating the return portal is just a difficult process in general. Sizes run out fast so exchange isn’t likely it’s just not a great system I try to buy through different company’s like jd instead as you get more simple return options ect

Bonjour,
Je voudrais vous faire part de mon expérience avec Red Run.
Suite à un problème de livraison et de taxe de dédouanement ,j’ai décidé de renoncer à cette commande.
Pour être honnête, le problème venait du transporteur DHL, qui me réclamait 85€ de taxe de dédouanement alors que la loi en la matière avait changé.
C’est Red Run qui me l’a expliqué mais malgré ça, j’ai préféré renoncer à la commande.
À plusieurs reprises et de plusieurs façons, j’ai averti et j’ai écris à DHL et à Red Run pour faire part de ma renonciation.
Red Run a bien reçu ma demande et m’a remboursé intégralement.
Cependant, DHL n’a pas compris.
Apparemment,Il y’a un problème de communication dans leur divers services car du jour au lendemain, ils m’ont livré.
Et ce, sans m’avertir, avec des semaines de retard, et sans tenir compte de mon changement d’avis.
Résultat ; je me suis retrouvé avec un colis et un remboursement.
J’ai fait part de ce problème à Red Run et ils m’ont dit de garder gratuitement les articles pour le désagrément que cela m’a causé.
Franchement, j’ai été surprise de cette proposition.
J’étais prête à leur retourner le colis sans problème mais ils ont insisté pour que je le garde.
Je voudrais mettre ce geste commercial à l’honneur et les remercier de leur réaction.
Il est rare de nos jours d’une telle approche.
Le service client est super.
