All the links to their social media, google and other searches of the person turned out to be dead or empty.
All the scores seemed to not be based on any data or information.
I could not get a feel if this person was a good to rent to. Not due to them, but the low quality of the multiple agencies. And I got the $55 full version.

I suspect your experience might be due to the applicant being young or new to the country (with no credit history in NZ).
