I purchased and paid for a ring on June 13th. They said the ring would be shipped within three business days. I waited for several weeks before reaching out and then was given excuse after excuse. Finally, they said the ring had shipped and they sent a USPS tracking number. The status for this tracking number was “Awaiting Package from shipper” for several weeks, and then the tracking number was no longer valid. I contacted myRingos.com and they said they would send a replacement immediately. I had to follow up several times, and finally, a week ago, they sent a new USPS tracking number. Then, and still now, a week later, on August 12, 60 days after my original order, the status is “Pre-Shipment info sent to USPS”. It seems like they are just delaying, making excuses, and blowing smoke. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company!! You will lose your money and you will never receive your item.

The ring I ordered is great. So was the customer service response. I reached out by email when the ring hadn't been delivered a month after the order was placed. They contacted USPS about the missing item on my behalf. I contacted them again 10 days later and got another quick reply. 5 days later the ring was delivered.

The quality of my ring is exquisite. Second to none. I highly recommend this shop. I’m super happy and elated with my purchase. God bless this shop. Highly recommend.

Myringos was very helpful when my ring was lost with USPS. They helped trace it and found it and while it took 3 weeks to arrive it was found. I will buy from them again
