I wanted a watch that would help me in my quest to keep somewhat fit. I had a smart watch before so when it broke I missed the step counter etc. Its the first time with a Garmin and I find it excellent. It has so many functions on it and it helps you stay on track.

I can't rate the watch fully as its an Xmas present. But what I can say is i got a great deal on it. And speed of shipping, packaging etc were all very impressive. 5 star service.

Great battery which lasts more than a week even when using GPS a lot.

Great for health tracking (steps, HR, HRV) and basic running metrics (pace, HR, cadence, distance). GPS is reasonably accurate even in closed vegetation (did not test in cityscape). Touch screen is very responsive in dry conditions and works reasonably fine with sweaty fingers. Difficult to use in completely wet conditions though. Battery life is ok for price range and features offered. Display is visible in bright conditions and in the "sleep mode" the light is not a problem during the night. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product.
