The service was much faster than anticipated, received a copy of the site plan within hours. After finding out about a county building setback from the road and finding a much smaller home, I had to request a revision to the original site plan. Ivan had the revision back to me once again, within hours. Plans are very professional I highly recommend this site. I will be using them again in the near future.

Consistent excellent service and communication

The site was delivered expeditiously and could be tweaked by the customer. The weakness on the plan was it didn’t have the details that would have been useful. Like setbacks, drainage easement(s),locations of mechanical equipment(heat pump)and existing visual utilities(light pole).

We utilize this service when applying for sign permits in Central and South Florida. It is a simple process and Ivan is quick to respond if there are questions afterwards. I highly recommend!

It wasn't useful and had some weird things in it. I was disappointed but I spoke to Lisa and she explained some things. In the end she was kind enough to give me a refund and I gave her some feedback. In the end it went well, but I did have to call to get it resolved.
