Why is it so expensive? You are only aiming this product at the more well off folk!
I loved your concept , story and energy on Dragons Den however my passion was short lived when I saw what you are charging !
Surely if it is made from food waste it could be cheaper !

I thought the Dragons were on consumers side ….. obviously not !

Started using My Skin Feels products a few weeks ago and they have been an absolute game-changer! The moisturiser is incredible - super hydrating, nourishing and gentle, and little goes a long way and lasts ages. Gives my skin such a lovely glow. I've got sensitive skin and don't get on with many products - so finding this range has been amazing. Also really love the brand ethos and values - knowing it's a local Brighton business and you are doing good for the planet is such a bonus!

Bought the product thought it was expensive @ £36. Helped but no real results. Reverted back to normal cream. I wouldn’t buy again not for that price.

Firstly huge congratulations on your Dragons Den success! I am very pleased for you! My husband first spotted your cream at the Farmers Market near us almost a year ago and that started me using your cream. It is exciting that you are doing so well.
Regarding the packaging for the cream, 100% yes to glass or some clever compostable material!

I bought this before Christmas and was really sold on the concept and the benefits.
I have dry skin on my forehead and have done for ages.
I really wanted this to work and used religiously both morning and night.
Unfortunately I’ve seen no benefit 😔.
The product feels great but didn’t deliver the results I wanted to see.
I can see from other reviews that they love it and that’s brilliant.
Just not for me.

Update.
No other moisturiser no. Just Simple face wash beforehand.

Purchased this cream for daughter aged 18 - suffering with itchy eyelids and excema.
She loves this cream and is on 3rd tube.

In terms of sustainability/brand ethics, of course, but these products also make a tangible difference to your skin! It’s instantly noticeable compared to a lot of other mediocre products on the market, so I do keep coming back to these. The moisturiser is definitely worth the hype, but I must credit the face wash, too - it’s HIGHLY underrated. It smells great (so fresh and uplifting), feels amazing when you apply it and leaves your skin super clean, but not dry or stripped AT ALL. We could not rate these products, or brand, any higher!

Amazing products with a brilliant brand story and sustainability message! The face wash leaves my face feeling really soft and clean, and coupled with the moisturiser it’s really a dream duo for my sensitive skin! Will definitely be purchasing again.

Incredible skin care. The face wash leaves my skin feeling so clean and also takes off makeup so well. The moisturiser is so nourishing for my skin but doesn’t leave me feeling oily.

Warning... Not suitable for teens and children.

My wife purchaced a couple of products from My Skin Feels when atteding a craft fair. She was really impressed with the brand and talked at length with the person at the stall. She was assured of the suitability of the product.

However, my daughters are now on day 2 of red, painful and itchy skin. We've had to use anti histamines to take away the distress of the itchy skin. If there is a day three we'll need to go and seek medical attention.

Its concerning to say the least.

Purchased the face wash and been using it daily for 2 months - smells amazing, really cleans my skin without stripping it, great packaging design and I love the concept behind the brand. Will definitely be trying out the moisturiser next!
